I ordered a chicken fingers meal. I ate one on the way home. It was delicious. When I got home 10 minutes later, I attempted to eat the rest of my meal. The red beans and rice were good. The chicken fingers were horrible. The crust on the fingers were very hard. They were too hard to eat. I had to cut them with a knife and of course they were very dry. I will not be going back. ?
Could not use the App even though I was in the store with cash.. ordered and verified order paid cash $24. Got home and only 1 item was correct. The Other two, one was completely missing, the other was 6 piece tenders and I got wings and things. No tenders at all. I'm not driving all the way back. Spent long enough day at Hospital helping a friend. You lost a customer.
My husband and I went into the restaurant and there was a sign right behind the cashier stating that we could get 11 pieces of chicken two large sides and five biscuits for $24.95. the manager proceeds to tell us that she didn't have a button for that on the register and that she could give us a 10-piece for $24.95. she basically stated that we could either take that or we can move out of her way so she could assist another customer. When I asked for corporate number she refused to give it. I will never visit this location again.
I should I listened to my gut and went to the location I always do. I would never stop at this location ever again. My red beans and rice looked like a damn soup nor did it smell right, I had threw it right in the garbage. My chicken was fine, but I didn’t receive any hot sauce or honey which was very irritating because that’s they only way I can eat their biscuits. People were friendly, but they need extra training in that kitchen before they get somebody sick!!
Whenever I go there they screw up my order, never have enough of what I ask for, and are super dirty. They touch all on their faces and do not wash their hands. They are nasty and I’m not eating there anymore. Thanks for the extra hair I didn’t order. And the wait time is almost always at least 45 minutes.
Drive thru was down, came inside and ordered. Waited over 30 minutes for my order which was nuggets and a desert. Someone took the desert so had to wait another 10 minutes for that. This was a terrible experience. Employees didn’t know what the heck they were doing, communication was poor and my food was cold by the time I got my desert. Please get your stuff together. My order should have taken 10 minutes at most. Disappointed in their lack of communication.
This place is a complete JOKE. Never wrote a review before but I got to for this one. How do you run out of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese at 8 o’clock. Waited 40 min for no reason. They need to close this place down. And every time I order popcorn shrimp it’s dry and completely old. Never spending another dollar here again
Popeyes store #12632. Every time I go there, they screw up my order. Went there on 10 March 2022, my wife asked why were we coming to this Popeye, knowing they always mess up our order. Well, they did it again. I didn’t get my two apple pies or my 8 piece nuggets. I will never return again.
The staff were young and not really focused on the task at hand however; we were all there at one time or another. Totally just acting thier ages. The chicken is crazy good. Hey if you can't have some clean fun time to find another job!
