We ordered our food online and when I arrived was told that AFTER I placed my order, that they got another order for 10 cheesesteak subs, so that tells me that my order was made AFTER that order. The attitude that I got from the employee was not the best. When I stated that I was not happy that I still had to wait 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and her response was "there's nothing we can do" and continued to mumble things as I walked away. Penn Station will never get our business again.
Subs for lunch mine was good, but one guy complained about the quantity of meat on his steak n cheese and he showed us and it was a little thin..
The chicken Parmesan sub was just ok. It could’ve used a lot more sauce. The Italian had the perfect amount of dressing and meat. Overall the Italian will bring me back.
Subs are the best I have had in a long time. We had planned to go but never did. On the way home from a friends funeral we saw it a stop in, glad we did! It was the perfect comfort food for the soul. Thanks Penn Station for the best sub I've had a a really long long time. We were impressed with toy guys! New customers!! I see why it was a line, but a short wait!!??????
Employee's are all very nice .. Favorite employee there would be Jaidyn.. Foods awesome haven't decided on a favorite yet. Clean, quick and efficient..
It was OK. NothinI would eat there again if I feel like having a different kind of sub than Sunway or tubby.
I love coming to Penn Station! I do miss their amazing rewards program though! Hopefully it will come back in some form soon! The fries are amazing! Definitely recommend them! They make them fresh and wait til you’re there to fire them so they are fresh as possible! The sandwiches are the best around as well! Definitely worth stopping in! And it’s reasonably priced on top of that!
Waste of $30. Lettuce was disgusting (hard white chunks), bacon was soggy, fries burnt. Forgot to give me my drink. Took 1 bite and in the trash it went. 1st and last visit.

The sandwiches were decent, but the cashier was a real turn-off. She was quite cold and unengaging. Will try another location in hopes for a better customer service experience. Would also be better if those preparing the food would at least have on a mask.
