I'm a new customer to Passport Pizza I start going about 3 weeks ago everything was great I stopped back in this week and my bill is outrageous nothing on their coupon pricing is right and the extra items I like three bucks a piece was totally ridiculous I think it's time now to find a new pizza restaurant but there is one thing that stands out there and that's the manager I spoke with he did provide great service but he could not explain what happened to the menu pricing
Kept me on the phone for 8 minutes and decided to tell me the coupon I said I was using in the beginning of the call wasn’t valid and changed the price of 27 to 39, it’s a rip off just get a hot and ready
Depends on who is cooking, whoever was in the kitchen Saturday early afternoon and Monday around 5 does not make it the same as others, so it’s a toss up I order here often and the last few times just fell short this was my absolute favorite spot,and I order from here a few times a week I called and was told my pizza did have double cheese that I paid for …. It didn’t I ordered light sauce and you could see the sauce through the cheese, spots of it didn’t even have cheese, I also ordered garlic crust my crust had no flavor this is the second time in a row first time I didn’t say anything, they did offer to remake it after arguing about if the pizza was made correctly so I declined they then offered a 5$ off coupon for next time, but there won’t be a next time, I want to know the quality and accuracy will be on point every time especially spending a decent amount of money.
Good pizza. Nice, hot, and tasty. Had it ready on time, too.Didn't request any special type of crust, but it was good enough to eat anyway. (I don't eat the crust if most pizza...)10/10 will go again.
It was a no for me! The quality of my pizza looked nothing like any of the pictures in the reviews..lol! The lady taking the order over the phone seemed a little short or rush (this was my 1st time ordering from here) Cheese, double pepperoni and cheese bread sticks,... it just fell waaaay below my expectations. The place was very clean, the cashier (not the same one who took the phone order) was really nice and easy to talk to. I won't be back though
Ordered from this location & the one in eastpointe, this one has always been the best! Have never had a bad experience with the food or staff, they also give out some of the best coupons, it's always hot & tastes like pizza should not all soggy, also comes everytime with a loaded amount of toppings whatever you may order, best pizza in the area forsure!
Love passport Pizza. Living in St Clair shores, the one location shut down. And the other location by 9 Mile ripped me off for $63 and refuse to pay me back. I will continue to go to the Groesbeck location to get my pizza. They're fast and friendly and worth the trip.
2nd time here. They said it was going to be a hour to deliver and it came in less time. It was so fresh and hot! I think I found my new pizza place to get delivery from!
Awesome salads with lots of fresh toppings', Chicago style here is awesome, cheese bread amazing, love the house ranch dressing. My go to local pizza place!
One of the few stores that survived the Lockdowns. Staffed by management that truly care about the product that goes out the door. With over 50 years of pizza experience between them. Will do their best to correct any problems, and offers a better version of Chubbie Charlie's pickle pizza.
