Ordered a chicken sandwich. What??? $11.00. KFC under 4 bucks and their sandwich far surpasses the taste and quality and value of the Panera sandwich. Specialty drinks were great.
Horrible location do not go here. Ordered a pickup at 4:30 to be picked up at 5:30 leaving them a whole hour to make and get ready… i get there and they didn’t even see the order nor start making the order. Finally left with my food at 6:10, when i complained i was ignored and told they have other orders. Do not recommend going here the service is unbelievable.
Terrible service. Sandwich had basically zero meat on it. Don’t waste your time.
It’s a Panera bread. The only thing that’s changed in the 20+ years they’ve been around is the menu and the prices. Very good, just like the Panera that you go to.
Just here to do a delivery and the rude manager told Mr that I was 20 mins early and shouldn't be here. The other lady had to tell him he was wrong and already made the order to which he got mad because he knew he was lying to me. Wow

Worst Panera I have ever been to. Staff is extremely rude and my order is never correct. I purposely go out of my way now to go to a different panera. Fire all the incompetent people and hire new staff. This place is a joke.
All food besides the mac and cheese were cold! Prices dont match the quality they think they have! Spent almost $30 for me and my son to eat just to be unimpressed and unsatisfied.
