It seems to be hit and miss with this location. The fries were delivered (DD) cold and then after eating 2-3 curly fries, this was kind of chunked up in the middle with 2 more curly fries and there might have been two more curly fries and the rest of this on the bottom of the container. The Olga's and salad were good.
This Olga's is always consistently good. The food was hot and good. The service was very good considering it was a Saturday night and they were very short staffed. Despite opten tables we had a 15 minute wait to be seated because there just was not enough staff to cover the dining room. The waitresses really hustled! They took and delivered their orders and even bused their own tables. The cream of broccoli soup was fresh and hot. The appetizer size basket of snackers were well seasined and the 2 containers of cheese spread were filled to heaping. That was much appreciated! The Olga sandwiches were well filled with meat, tomato, and onions. Only slight complaint would have been too many onions on my sandwich compared to what is normally on there, and it could have used more sauce, it is usually well sauced, but yet it was not dry. I attribute these 2 minor complaints to the fact that the kitchen was likely very busy and possibly as short handed with staff back there just like the dining room with waitresses/waiters. I took home a spinach pie for the next day and it was very good. Well filled with spinach and lots of feta. Kudos to the manager and the staff who kept the restaurant running that night. I made sure our waitress, who I believe was in training, was well tipped because she very much earned and deserved it.
BAD: I have loved Olgas for decades and have never had a bad experience until now. This entire order tasted like it had been sitting around for the longest time. The curly fries were dry, stale and didn’t even have the same flavor they usually do. This was my first time at this location so I don’t know if this was just an anomaly or the norm here. If this was my first time at Olgas period I would definitely not come back.GOOD: Delivery was fast and efficient. Used the order tracker and it showed that no excess time from when order was ready so the dry cold food obviously was not a result of the delivery time.
Excellent service Ally was so very polite beautiful young lady. I just sat and watched the entire staff oh, while waiting on my order. Staff very professional getting the guests seated for dine in and also with takeout orders. I recommend this Olga's any day. Food delicious!!

Came to dine-in on Monday morning, it was quite busy, and I noticed 3 servers on the floor. These girls were doing a fantastic job, BUT I could tell they needed a bit of assistance. Food was amazing, the service was amazing, but there was not one manager in sight. I had overheard the servers talking about how he was ‘sitting in the office on the computer the entire time’. They were obviously upset by this. These girls seem to run this place.
0 stars if I could. My family and I went here for the first time. My family is used to the old location in St. Clair Shores. When I first called I was on hold 15minutes. Then after they answered and they repeated the order back correctly, we were told it would be 20-25minutes. We got there after 40mins and they were still making the food. They repeated the order back so we thought it was correct. We live an hour away so when we got home, we noticed the toppings for one sandwich was on another and vise versa. And they forgot the curley fries as well for our grandmother who barely eats. Because of the toppings mistake we were unable to eat them. Whether it was disliking them or allergies. We called the location and talked to a employee about what happened who eventually transferred us to the manager. After another 10 minutes on hold. The manager didn't know why we were calling. We explained what happened. She said she would give us a $20 off our next order. Even though what we ordered was more than that. And when I checked my email for her to send that coupon later on, it was only $10 off. Highly don't recommend. Wasted almost $100 including a generous tip (on the machine gives u no option at first for custom tip) on almost no food but the snacker sides. What’s your email?
My experience at Olga’s has been absolutely amazing! Especially the two waitress who helped Dom and Keely they were so nice and respectful! Also the manager on duty Kourtney was so amazing with her service! It’s always nothing but smiles and laughs whenever I eat out there!
The server Keely was very sweet. Food was mid, unfortunately there was a hair in my shwarma. I picked out the hair as it was just chillin on the end of the wrap. I work in a restaurant as well and I’m not one to trip about something that small, but in general the food just wasn’t good combined with a rather long wait time for an empty restaurant.
Service was ok. Waitress took our order we received our salad and drink waited and finally our soup came. Finished our soup and waited and waited for our sandwich. Finally a different waitress brought sandwiches to the table across from us and they were our sandwiches they gave to wrong customers. I went and told our waitress and she said she would make us new ones. I told her we had waited so long just give them to us to go. We got home and fries were missing. Bad experience!
