Great coney dogs, onion rings, fish and chips. Quick and attentive service. If you have room, don't pass up the ice cream puff sundae with Sanders hot fudge.
Very disorderly aweful toward us and my 2 year old grand son cryed so heartless I’m a trucker only day home and how aweful are these people no concern for kids or anyone horrible place
So today I took one of the mother's from church to National Coney Island for breakfast , that was the worst breakfast I have had in a long time , I had bacon and cheese omelette flatter than a pancake the eggs was over cooked they were Brown the pancakes what are relatively small pancake the wheat toast was overly cooked.The mother that i took said the cook needed to learn how to cook.We have had breakfast from National Coney Islands before a different location and the breakfast was very pleasant to look at and to eat she told me we're not coming back there no more and I second the motion that. That was the worst $25 I spent in a long time especially on food.
Has really changed over the years. The new building update is nice. The food has been fresh and hot. Waitstaff service varies by experience. Can't ever go wrong with an original chicken hani.
Use to go here when I was young like 20 years ago. Was in town and had to get hani and cheese fries to visit memory lane. The service was fast and food tasted great. Janeen was the waitress and was great! Highly recommended.
So the pandemic curtailed going out to eat but things are slowly opening up. The coney dog was delicious but what really mae the experience was the cheerfulness of the wait staff
We had placed an online order and a few items were missing. We called after we left and realized, the staff was excellent in handling the issue. They gave us more than what was missing to compensate for the time and had it ready within 5 minutes of our call during busy lunch hours. Really pleased with the service we had.
The hani special should be with fries to get home n see that no fries kinda irritating and whats the special then. As 7 dollars for a sandwich they better be fresh n made perfect every time.
So frustrating. I try not to leave less than good reviews but EVERY time we order carry out from here, they forget stuff. Like whole meals, sides, etc. So then someone has to go back and pick up the rest. So either 1 person or the whole family eats cold food so we can all eat together. This is literally the 7th time in a row. I get it...everyone is short staffed. But when spending $80 on dinner, everything should be there. Especially now with construction on garfield...its a wayyyy libger trip to get everything right when you have to go back twice. AND THEY DONT OFFER TO FIX OR CREDIT YOU!!!!
