Did a curbside order and it was made and brought out quickly with everything being accurate. I've been to this location many times and never had an issue. Menu prices are cheaper than some other local McDonald's as well.
Last visit was a Saturday at 2 pm. Quick drive thru service and hot food. 1st window could have flashed a moment of a smile, but regardless of no smile she was kind to take a moment to figure out if our coupon applied correctly. Happy with our experience, will come again. Thank you!
Understaffed, the manager on site was working 3 different positions simultaneously, and half of the staff looked like they literally just rolled out of bed after a long night out. From what I saw there were multiple employees in the kitchen with rather long hair and no hair net. From what I saw though the one employee that came off break while I was there did wash his hands before returning to work.
Worst location ever!! Please feel free to eat here if u want hair in food very very bad service and covid they are not clean friendly or fast never again
Teenagers with funky attitudes in the day time. Morning time is the only time that I like to come to this McDonald’s.
Went to get some espresso for myself (asked for 2 different shots in 2 cups) the lady that was taking my order was absolutely rude. I was nice the first time repeating my order and I said thank you after I was done with my order like polite people do. I give her my card to pay and smile and say thanks again she hands me my card all crabby and unprofessional and closes the window. As convenient it is to live right around the corner I’ll NEVER be back here. Your job is customer service and that is NOT how to do it. Thanks for the espresso and attitude.
By far the MOST disrespectful managers, crew and service I've ever ever experienced at a restaurant. I live within a mile and will now drive out of my way to never stop at this restaurant again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Unprofessional! Corporate should be contacted. On the drive thru screen it states that they will close at 7p on Friday and Saturday. It’s Sunday and I pull up and the guy/girl states that they closed at 7. I stated what the signs reads and they ignore me and repeat themselves. Sick of how unprofessional these fast food restaurants are.
15 mile & Harper McDonald's roccomend not ever going there they always have people in there & never responding for window service 2nd time this week very bad service.
Been here 3 times already in the past few months. It is the best McDonald's around the area. We go 2 Miles out of the way to go to this one. The food is always hot and good.
