Dorian messed up my order twice then refused to correct it and made me jump thru hoops while she acted like she was a manager. Then I spoke to new manager Corey who is not promising AT ALL to be a manager, he sounded weak and had zero professionalism whatsoever to his voice and words. Very bad experience today left me highly frustrated and Dorian couldn't care less at all, she was saying oh her day this and her day that, excuse me? I am the customer you are supposed to make MY DAY better (customer service?!?!?!) and my order correct that I paid you for!!!
I don’t understand the other reviews that are horrible relative to this location. If the place were as chronically filthy as described by some, it would be evident at the fountain station, and in every corner of the store (corners specifically). Not only did I not find the usual ick in the usual places, the tables were clean (not even sticky or filmy) AND the men’s restroom was clean and stocked.This is the cleanest, quietest, most incredibly well run store I have dined at or patronized in a long time. And all that without compromising customer service or courtesy.This is how I would want my business to operate if I had the volume and demand this store clearly has.They even had a Karen while I enjoyed my order and resolved it without escalation or issue. I’m pretty sure Karen even left happy and I think I heard her say, “they got it all right the first time!”In a world of downgraded expectations and less than stellar experiences, at well more than just McDonalds, I believe it would be challenging to find anywhere this particular location and team could improve. I’ve given a lot of feedback about a lot of less than awesome experiences but when the praise is due as it is here, I really want to ensure it is extended.Their driveway entrance to driveway exit, during a prime busy hour was 4 minutes and 6 seconds, that is total time on the property, not just window time. That’s amazing for how many people were here and through.The outlets at every table are a very welcome feature, and though I didn’t use them this time it would inspire me to pick this McDonald’s over a dozen options that don’t offer easy power for laptop or phone recharge.Great job and major kudos to the whole team working when I was here. Thank you for a remarkable experience.
Terrible service they often get orders wrong and today I was held up in the line for 25 mins waiting for just a 6pc. Chicken nugget because of the ineptitude of the management who didn't the common sense to tell people to pull forward to the waiting spots to be helped like the man who held up the line for 10 mins after skipping the line because he had a mobile order that was you guessed it messed up. When i called I was given the excuse of them being short staffed that does not explain not having the common sense to make things flow better to serve your customers. I had to leave without my food due to being late for work.
Open 24 hours but yet tried to place order in drive through and was told sorry were closed due to manager needing to count the till but were open for door dash pick ups. What the hell is the difference between a door dash order and a mobile order NONE people are just too darn lazy to do their job now a days
I loved this location because they let the employees wear what they liked. Comfy employees is a sign of a business that cares about their employees. Now they are all back in uniform. Whoever made that decision is a moron. Employee happiness is the most important thing. I would prefer the girl handing me my mcckicken to be dressed in tweety bird pjs than the ugly mcds uniforms.
Unsanitary, dirty place doesn’t enforce hat/hairnet State law. Very disgusting as the average person loses around 80 hairs per day. Thanks McDonald’s.I would rather eat at White Castle since they strictly enforce State laws and guidelines.I told the management here many times but they don’t understand or are just too lazy and negligent to enforce a simple food law. Everyone should report this disgusting place to the Health Department.
The fries were hot and fresh and the double fillet of fish sandwich was pretty good also, but the wait time to get my food was a bit excessive, in my opinion.
Missing food even after the wait at the 3rd window. Went in to grab the rest od the order ans the managers were too busy talking and playing on their phones to acknowledge anyone waiting. Asked for my missing food and she just grabbed it. There is was just sitting there. Clearly they were well aware it was forgotten and we were still at the 3rd wondow waiting. Rude.
Pulled up to get food at second window and got told to pull up, and we waited and waited for 25 minutes before we wanted our money back and an employee was very rude to us. They gave us the food and yet again we got rude employees saying things to us. It was awful definitely don’t recommend this place.
Best McDonald's in town. Food is always hot and fresh and service is always on point. Great job guys!
