The service is absolutely awful and the workers are rude as hell.
I normally don't go to this location because it's extremely slow but after 10+ visits I'm done. I almost always order a double quarter pounder and without fail everytime they only give me one patty. When I pulled up today I could hear the manager yelling at the staff on top of it. As someone who works in the service industry I can't say enough how unprofessional that is. It's one thing to have a private discussion with an employee but to berate them so loudly in the guests earshot is so unprofessional.Moral of the story avoid this location...
Just left 04/13/2022 at around 7:15 the chicken patty’s had to have been sitting out on the counter all day taste microwaved was soggy and not crispy it taste so gross and weird so did my fries overall everything taste as if they haven’t changed their grease in weeks almost made me sick to my stomach the mixture of salty grease and my Mcchickens tasting like everything but chicken
The cashier was only supposed to give me back $5. Instead he gave me $ 12 back. I didn't want him to end up short at the end of the night so I corrected him and gave him the $12 and tell him only give me five back you did something wrong. Then when we get to the window to pick up our food there was only one chicken sandwich ordered instead of two. So we had to go back around and reorder another chicken sandwich and go through the line and all that all over again. I was not very happy about that.
Never gets the order right, I give up. And the food is always cold. Even if waiting in the Drive Thru for half an hour. Shaming the name
Terrible service. Super slow.Employee's acted like it was a bother to prep the order. Waited for over half an hour to get my complete order ... after 3 times of the incomplete order. NEVER AGAIN.
They didn’t get my order right and the manager a old lady didn’t correct it just said you get what you ask for and I never had customer service that rude they really all huddled up to talk about stuff except they could’ve gave me my large frappe! They charge me for small when I applied code for free Large also old man just basically threw frappe at me & Im pregnant so I just said forget it horrible service
Went through the drive through to get only Two large drinks, ended up getting charged over $11 which was all I had on my card, then still didn't get my refund after a day and all they told me was that it's going to take 5 business days. Don't go here, could turn into a problem you didn't want.
I'm not a huge McDonald's fan and mostly avoid them but I decided to stop by this location and was pleasantly surprised . The food was fresh and hot customer service was good and the place was spotless . Would recommend .
Usually, the service and food is on par with what you'd expect. The application via iOS and Android usually has some sort of deal of the day, helps me save a couple ? here and there.
