I unfortunately went to this McDonald's location yesterday. This is not my normal McDonald's that I go to. I placed my order through the app I went to the drive-through they found my order and the money was debited out of my bank account. When I get to the window they tell me that it didn't go through and I have to pay again. I told the young lady that and showed her on my phone my bank account and that the money was taken out. She seems so confused by the fact that in their system she just kept saying in their system the money did not go through and I have to pay again. Of course I was not going to pay twice. And everyone kept trying to me that I had to pay twice. So I finally just said either give me the food or give me my money and she said I'm not talking to you anymore and closed the window and called the police. When the police got there that's when they explained to me that the money was reversed back to my card and gave me the receipt . The police had to do the managers job that was all she had to say. I needed to know if the money was coming back to me or not. But of course I'm not going to pay for food twice or allow anyone to steal my money. I want to be contacted with someone above her. I want confirmation that this issue was addressed with the manager.
Pack your patience at this location They need to learn to slow down and listen because some people don't listen as a good order taker you're suppose to listen stop jumping to say "okay, anything else" so quickly as I'm Still placing a order pack your patients slow down! You apply for this job do the job that you apply for properly without giving attitude You may get a tip!
The manager and the women in the morning are so nice. There's been a couple times where I've had an issue with ordering on the mobile app and they were always kind enough to take care of it with no attitude at all. That's not to often now a days. So hopefully the women in the morning see this as they defenitly appreciateded . They are short handed already as it is but obviously this isn't an issue for these women. They probably don't hear it often or possibly at all but they are greatly appreciateded!!!!
This location is a prime example of why fast food-workers should NOT receive anything other than minimum wage. Complete idiots.
Went in there to order breakfast and the kiosks weren’t working. My father went up to the counter to tell the manager and she yelled at him your coupon should work you gotta use the kiosk. He said it’s not working. She said well idk what to tell you it’ll be about 25 min until I can help you. Honestly this McDonald’s has become a joke and we will drive down the street to the other one from now on
Every time I go to use a deal or coupon code from the app they act like it doesn't exist. They never honor their app discounts or deals. They are constantly messing up our orders. Even if you show them your app deals and code they say it doesn't work even if u never got to use it yet and they refuse to get a Manger to fix anything. The drive thru lady lately has also been ringing everything in wrong and giving us meals when we ask for only the sandwich, etc. I cannot handle the terrible customer service there anymore. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN
They are slow at this location & extremely rude. I came in to get a door dash order and also wanted to order my own food in the store. I was tod no I'd have to go in the drive thru. When I was in the store I noticed 4 to 5 employees standing around doing nothing up front. They could have taken my order but refused. This is why your store is getting the one star rating it deserves.
Man. I’m serious. The time they take here every single time. You would think they are taking each order and running to a different McDonald’s to go pick it up and bring it back here. Holy shhhh!! How?? Why?? Such long wait every single time. Even with no cars…howwww??!
Forget other popular coffee shops. We love McD's lattes and other Cafe beverages. Food is always good too. Please bring back the chicken wraps and tenders.
They don't know how to get a order correctly I went in to explain that they 1 hamburger instead of 2 this isn't the first time we got bad Treatemnt at this one we went here 2/5/22 5:30 pm also the manager wasn't good also The manager straight out lied and they put wip cream on the shake when we didn't want it cause it got my son sick and they won't do any about it this third time they did the mistake
