Horrible experience.Food was old. We didn't get our full meal deal and we were overcharged and didn't receive a receipt.I called the manager ( new management) and she wouldn't give me her name or corporate number.Now mind you I wasn't rude and was only pointing out what was wrong and even told her that I had no reason for hostility. And honestly I didn't want my money back. I just wanted to inform management what happened. Obviously they are pocketing customers money.I'll never return to this location.
This place is a joke. The girl that took our order had an attitude the whole time. If you hate your job that much than quit. Waited for our food for 45 mins. Had to go inside to get our food. The girl slammed everything on the counter and threw our items in the bag. Very poor attitude. Kept glaring at us and throwing stuff around in the kitchen. Never going here again. Oh and they don’t give refunds. Pos.
Their drive thru staff is so rude. They always out of stuff. Today the food was dried up and burnt. If I want good KFC I have to go to Sterling Hights location because I know they'll have chicken and it'll be good. And they'll remember everything you ordered. I guess I'll just go to Popeyes for now on.
Did online pick up. Chicken is floppy and wet and disgusting. They messed up the same order 3 times. Reviews are unfortunately accurate. Not a good kfc at all and I don't complain unless its real bad....:/
What going on with 16 piece meal? Sides look like individual size not family size, nor worth 50.00 it cost me, 1) mac and cheese had maybe tablespoon, 2) mashed potatoes had gravy on them when asked for it to be on side and it was enough for 1 person, and I order 2, then the fries were cold and old, and coleslaw was not enough for 2 let alone a family???? When did they change portions size??? And why charge more for less and poor customer service?
So I ordered threw the kfc app. This is how I was handed my food asked them to redo it all they could say was I can give you a fri. One of the sandwiches was to be No pickles. This is a disgrace!!!! Not happy!!!
This place is a joke! I can look across the street and see it's dead. So I thought why not. No customers but me. The lady had the worst personality someone could find. Never let finish my order tells me I have to tell her what sauce at the window. I pull up she pushes the bag out and leaves. I'll go back to Popeyes
This is quite possibly one of the worst fast food locations I've ever been to. Rude staff, one of which refused to give me a drink for the combo I ordered even when it was on my receipt, constantly out of everything on the menu, waited for a half hour in the drive through just to get the wrong order and when we went inside they had a line of people from the drive through who also all got the wrong orders because they were basically just throwing bags together with no rhyme no rhyme reason. Ive even tried ordering doordash, and they either send me the wrong food or just cancel it. Just go to the Popeyes thats like a minute away if you want chicken.
They advertise a TWENTY dollar fill-up but are actually charging THREE dollars more. The guy working there said he forgot his screwdriver and couldn't change the signage, but didn't want to charge me the advertised price. The woman working the register lied and said she was a manager after I questioned why I was being charged more than was advertised. I pulled off, never to return! They spoiled my appetite for KFC!
This place is a joke Always out of something....biscuits, coleslaw or honey...plenty of cookies though. Dirty in side and out. Drive to a different KFC if you lived on n love KFC this place needs to go.
