Ordered food for my family and asked for receipt they said no. Told them I wanted a large fry no salt it was half full with salt. 2 famous bowls barely had anything in them as well as 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Even the gravy on the mashed potatoes was old and dark partially dried.. Pepsi and Dr pepper were unmarked. The white meat meal was old. Also no cookies, napkins or plastic ware were given with the meals. On top of that I feel I was overcharged and with no receipt I have no way of knowing. Didn't know how bad it was until we got home. Never going back not even if its the only restaurant left in that area. ?
We went there ordered food went to window they forgot a large pop corn chicken we backed up ordered it and we got told be out in a few mins than we hear a guy yell there's a car coming have them move up we did waited over 25 mins nothing 4 cars came n went n no one brought it out so we didn't wait any longer it was only 5 something but it was the fact they didn't care n didn't give me recieots for either order. Never go back there again
Regular chicken seemed alittle greasier than last time, but Cole slaw was great, not too mayonnaise, and mashed potatoes and gravy was good..
Stopped at this location 30 minutes before it closed, waited at the drive thru and no one came to take our order. Pulled up to the window, no employees in the kitchen or at register. Pulled up further and saw the employees sitting in the eating area on there phones.
Embarrassing establishment, 4 tiny pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. Not even actual chicken basically just breading. Rude employees. I was overly nice and still didn’t even get a response. Just a stare down.
Absolutely disgusted, 5:15 pm female manager looks like she slept in her uniform for a couple of days and/ or hasn't bathed in awhile either. Nappy hair sticking up all over loose and frayed no restraint to it at all.. on top of that has the nerve to make nasty faces which wasn't needed because her appearance already presents her as nasty without the faces.. slow, attitude sucks who waits for a preorder for 20 minutes... I guess the attitude was the appetizer.. Because her her attitude was horrible her employees followed suit.. Disgusting, never ever again.. At least she's in the right place for a chicken head..????
This is my first time visiting this location. I was told to pull ahead to wait for my food. Instead of them bringing my food to my car they instructed me to back up to the window to get it. Once I received my order I could smell that the grease wasn't clean. I received no ice in my drink and maybe half an order of fries. I gave 2 Stars because we are still in a pandemic and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The two classic chicken sandwiches I asked for extra sauce, came with no sauce. The Mountain Dew had no eyes and it was warm is pee. Really didn't even deserve a star. And the wait time was very long there was only two cars in front of me and the sandwiches were cold I can't believe it
Ordered our food, and they were out of the chicken sandwich. And fries. And Cole slaw. So I got a thing of chicken tenders. They didn't give me sauce and the tenders looked like this, and weren't cooked all the way through. Not worth the time or effort to drive there. Not the first time that they've been out of everything, and surely won't be the last.
Food is good, but it would be nice if they got my drink right and gave me the dips I ordered. Oh and a straw. That would have been cool. Guess they were too busy talking to one another ??♀️
