Ordered delivery from this location that was never delivered (which is actually fine) the issue is they claimed they're going call door dash and issue a refund but never did. I looked into a previous incident where they couldn't deliver and claimed they would issue a refund and guess what they never issued a refund for that order either.

Nothing freaky fast or accurate at this location. Placed an order on the app for pickup, an hour later was never notified of it being ready, called to ask about order & was told they aren’t making any pick ups orders until the person comes in! Went in to get my order & by then it was made & they gave it to me, got back to work & it wasn’t even what I ordered!!!! Had to go back again & was never offered a free bag of chips or anything. Total thumbs down.

This is the worst jimmy John’s I ever dealt with very inconsistent one day they deliver to my house and one day they don’t! I ordered like an hour and a half ago and I called asking about my order why is taking so long and they say I was out of range while it’s less than 2 miles away from my house! That was not the worst thing the worse thing is when I talked to the manager which she was the rudest person very stiff acting like she’s managing a nuclear facility! And she goes unfortunately you’re outta of range and if you got delivery yesterday then the person who got the order didn’t know what he was doing! Means there are people there who don’t know what they’re doing! FIRE this manager she’s the one who doesn’t know what she’s doing! Never again with this store and this is how businesses get brought down to the ground! I still have fingers to type and express my feeling! AGAIN FIRE THIS MANAGER

Excellent JJ's. Ordered online ahead and the bag was waiting on the counter for pickup. Took less than 30 seconds to walk in and out. Quality was high, just as expected for JJs. Will come again.

Molly was extremely rude and disrespectful! Second time I've had issue with service at this location, and this visit was supposed to be a make it right from last visit. Guess I'll need to find another sub shop that likes it's customers.

Hours are not accurate. They closed 30 minutes before the hours listed. Workers/their friends were inside laughing because the door was locked as we tried to enter. Ridiculous.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Jimmy John’s. 4 subs ordered 4 subs messed up. When I called to inform them of the mistakes on all 4 subs so they can be corrected, I was yelled at by the manager saying I messed up the ordering online and she made the subs exactly the way I ordered them. Yea, like I would order a sub that will make me sick. Like I would subs for my entire family just to feed them to the garbage can because they were so incredibly messed up. What happen to customer service? This is the worst representation of Jimmy John’s and on the owner of this franchise. Please send this manager to some training classes on customer service and communication.

I have been waiting 2 months for a refund on a catering order that I had to cancel. I am totally getting the run around. Don’t order catering from this Jimmy John’s!

I will never order from this place again.My family and I ordered 4 subs from here and all the subs where wrong when it was delivered.When we called them the person on the other end did not care about it, and all they said is we can not do anything about it because that’s how it was made.Poor customer service and the attitudes are the worstShould be no stars.

Possibly the worst Jimmy John’s ever. Today they take my order. Four 20-something’s look around for 5 minutes and do nothing. Mind you, no one is in the store and no orders are pending. They do nothing. When I finally said something, I was yelled at and ridiculed. Got a refund and left. So much for freaky fast, this owner should loose their franchise.
