Don't ask for the make and model of my car, and then direct me to park in front of the store and put my hazards on for curbside pickup if you're just going to throw my food on the shelf and leave it there in the store. I wasted 10 minutes of my scheduled lunch period sitting in my car, waiting for food that was never going to be brought out.
...an hour and 35 minutes and counting for a delivery 1.1 miles away is unacceptable. Down a driver or not there's no reason for a delivery to take this long. I'd request a refund but im not interested in store credit.

Ran into this location on Tuesday was limited on time and was surprised at how fast they were. The assistant manager kept calm throughout the craziness of the lunch rush and a yelling customer who in my opinion just needed to yell. He really had no legitimate issue with his service or food. She was able to continue getting sandwiches made and out the door while greeting customers. She deserves a raise for the job she does will be back because of her.
Kendall the assistant manager is very rude and I’ll never order again from this location. She hung up on me and was nasty
