Huge disappoint. Jets at 16 & Harper used to have the best Pizza. They have reduced the size of a large Pizza. There is less sauce & cheese so it seems to be chewing mostly Pizza Doe'. It seems the toppings have changed on a supreme to include Pepperoni, banana peepers, sausage and green pepper. Really just the worse Pizza I have had in a longtime. I wont be going back... EVER!
It was okay, I wish they stayed open maybe an hour later and then when I asked for lights off on the pizza they did give me no sauce, generally they've always been pretty good but this last time maybe they were just having a bad day because everybody seems short tempered... cashier younger black woman super friendly and nice.
They have great food here, never had a bad experience with the food. But man do they charge you extra for everything here. If you get ranch then you have to pay for marinara, I like the cheese bread but my wife likes marinara and I like ranch. So they charge extra same with any other sauce. I know it's a little complaint but that's the only reason this isn't a five star. Food is great so is service.
The driver was literally the nicest person ever! He has no way of knowing I struggle with MS and he Offered to take my Amazon order in! Well done to him! Also the pizza and wings are delicious
Pizza is always good but service is on the poor end. They made me the wrong pizza and all they say is well we can re make it if you bring that one back. No discount. No keep that pizza for the inconvenience. And u ask for a extra ranch after bringing back and they charge me. What happened to good customer service?
we ordered our food at 7:48 and they said it would arrive at 9:13. we’ll it’s 9:41 now and we’ve called, no answer. now it’s saying they’re closed, after we already payed for everything. don’t recommend ordering from here?
This place is filthy!! Staff is extremely rude. Ordered my pizza online at 10 am for an 11:45 pickup 20 minutes later I got my order! Asked the cashier how long it would be and she told me I have no idea what’s going on back there!! And I wasn’t the only one waiting for an order. I’ll spend my money somewhere else thank you!!
It took 1 hr 30 minutes to receive. We received a 4 corner pizza (we ordered an 8 corner pizza) and charged 23.93 (6 pc) The manager,April, said she could only give us a credit or send out a new pizza. It was 9:00 at night. I don't live in this area. The credit would be useless. Obviously at 9:00 waiting another 1hr 30 minutes was not an option.
This is the best pizza ! like it better than Buddies Pizza. The reason being Jets does what you ask them to do when you asked for a specialty pizza to be made. Plus they have an awesome crew that works there!! Everyone is friendly they all do a terrific job. Thank you for coming to work everyday?
