Awesome food. Even made sure it was gluten free and no cheese. Friendly people and clean store gluten free pizza was the best and they didn’t mess it up
Employee who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful and refused to grant a special request of ours before belligerently yelling to the manager she was hanging up the phone. This occurred at 9:00 on April 9. Do yourself a favor and go to dominoes instead, better value and better customer service. It’s clear the employee who answered the phone isn’t going anywhere in life.
I love there pizza breadsticks and subs there really good ive ordered from them before usually they don't take too long to bring you your food the delivery people are always nice
good food great service pizza is always fresh and good timing overall i feel one of the best pizza experience ive had in a while
Last Saturday, I ordered an online order as a guest which I’ve done a few other times. I ordered a small pizza and cinnamon sticks like I always do. This time though my cinnamon sticks weren’t all the way cooked. They were so doughy and I called up to the establishment in which they said I could come pick another order up or I could get another order at a later date. Which I chose to come back a different day and asked if they needed my info and the male I spoke to on the phone that they would know by my phone number. Today I go in there I ordered the same thing and expressed above situation to im assuming the manager based off of our conversation. She couldn’t see any precious orders on my phone number and idk if it’s because I used it as a guest. I told her I spoke to male and didn’t really get his name because I assumed they would be able to tell by my phone number. Idk how it works this is the first time I’ve had to do this. Anyway, the girl replies back with well there’s no male managers here so idk who would authorize that as there are only female managers here. I obviously have no idea as to why that would be. She basically continued to act as if I was a liar and didn’t replace my food. Didn’t even care about seeing the order receipt in my email proving such order exists. Which was 5 days ago mind you. I’ve posted it here though as proof of my order that supposedly didn’t exist along with all of my other orders under the same phone number AND email.I obviously just said forget about it and wasn’t going to sit here and argue with this person over a $5.00 box of bread. What irritates me is that she basically was calling me a liar because I didn’t talk to a female at the restaurant. I did however inform her that he put me on hold and then came back on the line and said the above. Assuming he probably spoke to a manager in the mean time. I just felt this was a joke and the manager you do have on shift tonight should not insult your customers because her own employees aren’t following protocol. I hope the manager feels like she really accomplished something today.I won’t be back.
This place is doing the same thing as almost all pizza places. They are putting the least amount of sauce on the crust so that they can still call it pizza. I'm a poor man and now I can't even afford a well made pizza. Newman's own 24oz. Jar of marinara starts at $2.30, so why in the hell is there none on my pizza. The sauce makes pizza! make sure you ask for extra sauce if you want your pie to be halfway normal. Other order somewhere else. I recommend the latter.
SO DELICIOUS!!!! It's been a while since I've had HH. But after just devouring some pizza and wings, it's fair to say they have only gotten better with time. A true Michigan pizza. Always made exactly how you ask for it. And they even used a coupon for me and saved me $2 without me even having asked. All around great HH location. Will be back sooner this next time.
Worst hungry Howies In the entire state of Michigan, called and said I wanted my wings well done, they weren’t. I am a regular hungry Howies customer and recently moved and decided to give this place a try, worst mistake of my life, both of my pepperoni and bacon pizzas tasted HORRIBLE, I have zero words to describe it, it was not the normal hungry Howies I am used to, the pizza was HORRIBLE and made me and my wife sick. Literally the worst pizza I ever had in my life, I would highly recommend going to the hungry Howies on Hoover between 9 and 10 mile no matter how far away it is, pizza is always fresh and tastes great, wish I could give 0 stars.
The service is friendly and efficient! Definitely the best one I've been to.
Butter cheese crust. My favorite hungry howies location.
