The new overseas ordering system is horrible. It took me longer to order than fir the pizza to be made. Whomevers bright idea this was needs the find a new jobIf I can’t order from the store directly I can go elsewhere
Have ordered multiple times and have had multiple problems. I have had completely incorrect food. I have had pizza be doughy and have had to have them remake it only for it to be doughy again, poor delivery driver had to come out 3 times before they got it right. Tonight I ordered 7 pizzas. 5 larges and 2 smalls. The larges were all lightly done for some reason again. The butter cheese crust was barely noticeable. Goodness I could have gone to Little Caesars if I wanted plain crust. I don’t understand why it’s difficult to properly cook a pizza. I worked at Hungry Howies for 3 years by the way, very aware of how simple it is.
I usually order from them and never have a problem. Tonight I ordered online and had to call to get my order delivered because they forgot to deliver it. When I finally received it 2 hours later it was reheated and tough..the cheese was completely hard and the pepperoni burned from reheating. Completely disgusting. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Definitely My Favorite Pizza Place Out Here. It’s Always Delicious And The Garlic Crust Is Heavenly. Keep Doing What You Guys Are Doing ??

This place twice his took our order and we ended up with no pizza after waiting for 2 hours the lady was rude on the phone and I tried to get the corporate number she gave me the wrong number and said she had a bunch of new people and she really couldn't do anything about it I will never be calling Hungry Howie's ever again

Pizza isn't as good as it used to be. Takes longer than they usually estimate, but at least it comes out piping hot.
this is the absolute worst place i’ve ever been to. besides the horrible employees and their attitudes, what seemed to be the general manager AND supervisor we’re both not following covid guidelines. this place is disgusting. do not go here. you’ll get food poisoning for sure.
