Golden Corral Buffet should be closed no matter which one you dine in the place is not together the food has gone down and the thought of everyone reaching and grabbing food makes you sick to your stomach, we went to Golden Corral for my grandmother 's Birthday because that's what she wanted to do I only went because of her the kids enjoyed themselves with the all you can eat but they had food sitting out that needed to be refilled and was not , they had no spoons clean so everything we ate including ice cream had to use a fork, the chocolate ice cream machine was down ,we got there around 7:20 pm they closed at 9pm no reason they could not put out fresh food that had ran out. And the only reason I feel like me and my husband did not waste our money is because the children ate but other then that it's a no for me and my husband.

I eat out everyday and haven't been to a Golden Corral in while. So we stopped in. What a mistake..place was messey..tables not cleared..food all over floor..dirty dishes...no silverware..I asked 3 people for help on that..no response. I just left plate on table and ask for manager for refund..she was the most help..I know the buffet restaurants are like that..but not this.this was worst in years..

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.Went to the Sterling Heights location with my family. We were there at exactly 11 o’clock, when they opened.The restaurant was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned from the previous day, or maybe even longer.The bathrooms were disgusting, to say the least.No one was wearing hairnets. The glass that is above the food was dirty and full of fingerprints.The ice cream area was disgusting.The ladies working by the dessert section, were cutting up bread, I’m assuming for the bread pudding.She was cutting bread, looking at her cell phone, playing with her hair and drinking drinks.How is it that this place can pass inspection with the state of Michigan?I was thoroughly disgusted, and mind you…. We were the FIRST CUSTOMERS of the day.There are much better places to eat.We will never be back.
We used to love coming to this place especially on a friday! Now a days days the food quality has dropped tremendously. The options of which they serve you is bare minimal or cold. Went to get meat on friday there is no special meats any longer. The ham and ribs were cold. Steak used be a better quality as well. Salad bar doesn't include bacon anymore? No mk or chocolate fountain. Only 2 pie selections. As I said the quality used to be better. All of these are things noticed by my child it's her favorite restaurant. My waitress was awesome ty Brittany. Over all the food was def not fresh all but the steak the options were slim and not very tasty. I tried a little of everything even the bourbon street chicken used to be better. I understand that sometimes business is slow but this was dinner rush 6 pm to 7pm . Prolly won't bring my child back. The staff in kitchen was helpful and pulled cold food once notified
A great variety of foods to choose from. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. Steaks were seasoned well with grilled onions from the grill with plenty of flavor. Loved the mashed potatoes, hush puppies, and bourbon chicken. My grandson ate well. Line was long at first, but it moved quickly. Plenty of food for the price.
This is our to go buffet place most weekends, price is so affordable, more selections and they have a decent service. The downsides are you will constantly hear annoying beeping while eating and you really need to check your plate thoroughly before using it as most of them are disgusting I really wish they do something about that and give their customers an annoying free environment while eating. I like their foods though.
The steak has gone so downhill since I visited frequently 5-7 years ago, but the buffet choices are delicious with new items added since then too. Desserts always look better than they taste. The seafood salad is AMAZING. I always start with that.Food was refreshed often and plentiful. Everything was delicious but the new Nashville hot shrimp - WAY too salty. Probably a bad night; sometimes food was too salty in the past too but next time fine.The real hero of the night was the cashier, who was also sanitizing tables and seating people. Very short staffed but the line was moving (45 min wait). We saw our waitstaff once but she hooked us up with drinks and was friendly despite running around doing A LOT.Discussing with other patrons we hope GC pays their employees well, they are worth it!
This was my worst trip to this location employees had attitudes, constantly out of fruit, and other foods no silverware then ask an employee about it and was told not my problem, constantly out of plates and if I knew my experience was gonna be this bad I wld have spent my 90$ somewhere else
