I’ve never left a review for a restaurant before, but I just thought you should now the people here are always the nicest, most helpful staff, all very friendly. And, the restaurant is so extremely clean you can’t find a crumb anywhere. They also serve such delicious food that’s really healthy and nutritious with so many options. Great for people who like to eat clean food with flavor!
What a great, first-time experience at this establishment, and we will go back. A very original, “fast-food” concept! I prefer vegetarian options and my husband prefers meat. The traditional falafel and tabouli tasted like my homemade. My husband enjoyed the tender and moist gyro meat. We were patiently walked through the many topping choices to make our sandwiches loaded, healthy, and worthy of being called a “meal.” Fresh-tasting, seasoned fries and thirst-quenching, unique beverage choices were pleasant meal accompaniments. For the healthy choices, and the many, fresh vegetable toppings, Garbanzos was well worth the prices charged. We look forward to our next visit and wish the owners much success.
Some of the best food I have had in a long time! There are so many options. It’s so fun to create different combos. For example, I got a plate with hummus, rice, chicken, tabbouleh, pickled veggies and fresh veggies and a yummy fresh white sauce. Every ingredient was perfection. They even have special sodas! Very unique, healthy and tasty food. Staff was outstanding! I never finish my plate and I nearly licked mine clean… okay I used the complimentary pita bread but you get it.
Anthony helped me today. He deserves a promotion. I can tell from my previous experiences that 2 of the staffed workers are new (barely able to work) and he is the only one able to operated the register. I informed him that the previous time I ordered (in the past 2 weeks or so) the cabbage was salted so much that it made the rice bowl inedible. This was the only bad experience I have had. This restaurant is 100x better than Chipotle and can be a much better franchise but proper management is key. Hire me for 65k a year and I'll do the job.
The staff was friendly and informative. First time trying their food. It was delicious. The falafel was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy outside. Can’t wait to go back again.
Amazing food!!! It’s gluten free and ton of vegan and healthy real food options. It’s also very very clean and the service is phenomenal. Seriously give this place a shot I love their steak and chicken and something that starts with a f it’s like a vegan thing. Delicious and I love it’s close to my house :-)
So glad we found this place on Google reviews. It's a fast casual franchise, but still has a very unique, local vibe. Lots of offerings for both entrees and bread carriers. Unique sauces and sides. Hope we get one in Columbus, OH, which seems like a great market for it. Staff at this particular location went above and beyond, and right before closing time, to make us feel welcome and appreciated.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our first visit. The food was delicious and they have a very nice selection to pick from. Will definitely be coming back.
Wow! It was the first time ordering from here, and it was excellent. The spice on the fries was perfect. My daughter loved the chicken pita, and the gyro was great.
Service was decently fast, and the restaurant has a nice modern dining area. Most of my problems came with my server. a lot of the servers had little to no clue what they were serving me. One of them, Anthony, told me that their signature falafel was bulgur wheat and parsley; a quick google search tells me that his description is completely wrong. This same server lacked any patience for me and felt like he was rushing me in an empty restaurant. The service was not helpful to me at all. Food was decent, but if my servers cant even tell me what I am eating I do not want to eat it again. My fast-casual business will stay at Chipotle and Subway.
