This is an edit to my previous review. My party of four (4) went to the Easter Brunch on Sunday. Although it was busy we were seated on time and the food was acceptable but some entrees were cold. I paid the bill and I didn't notice until I arrived home that I was charged for five (5) buffets (even though their bill clearly has 4 guests on it) and a 20% gratuity on the entire bill! Notified Ernie's General Manager the next day in writing concerning the overcharge and I have yet to hear from them in two (2) weeks! I had to have the credit card company dispute the overcharge since Ernie's will not respond. Furthermore, the 20% gratuity for buffet service was NEVER mentioned anywhere and it was automatically put on your bill regardless! 10%-15% tops is the normal for that type of service! Needless to say, I will not return to or recommend this establishment to anyone. My advice to anyone going there is to check your bill with a fine tooth comb prior to paying it!
Haven't been here in a very long time. Burgers are huge as well as the fries! Detroit style pizza was tasty. Tossed salad was good size. Service was great.
I dropped in very late. The staff were so nice. The place is beautiful and the food was delicious. I'm looking forward to visiting it's outdoor space later in the year. We were told that their Easter service was booked solid; apparently I'm late to the dance with this one.
W/ a cool ambiance & music for the eclectic Millennial & unique specials, it’s a cool spot. I had monk fish recently & it truly is a poor man’s lobster: tastes very close to it, yet half the price.
We just had a 90th celebration dinner party here. It was FABULOUS!! From the food, which every dish was FANTASTIC..To the waiter Frank (& his young helper, which I'm sorry I don't recall her name)Together they also did a FABULOUS job! VERY FRIENDLY & accomodating!!Frank has a great disposition from friendliness, to sense of humor, to getting the job done right!! All of us there could not of been more pleased with EVERYTHING!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your next venue!!
We live fairly close and have gone there in the past and felt it was just ok. but we went for the Thanksgiving buffet and the Christmas eve special menu. Both time, we were blown away at how amazing the food and service were. We went back last week with friends and again, blown away. By far, the best salmon i have had in many years. The ribs are super tender and huge. If you have been there in the past and were disappointed, try it again. My new favorite restaurant!!!
Booked a Christmas party for December 4th. Not sure two or three star. The food was great, the workers great. I was drinking mixed drinks that night. Didn't find out till the end of the night that the beer was warm. The bartenders knew the beer was warm. Why didn't they fix the problem. The joke all night was I'll have another warm beer. One bartender was putting ice cubes in the beer. WARM BEER

Food was delicious BUT it’s about the whole experience. I wanted broccoli, the waitress said that would be included but if I wanted green beans that would be a $1 up charge. So then she came back and said it would be a $5. up charge, Seriously?? I paid $24 for one piece of salmon and $5 for broccoli, a side is supposed to be included. As you can see I didn’t even get green beans!! They also have closed the really nice dining room on the side where you can see the kitchen. It was so much nicer before! It’s not the fancy Ernie’s that we’ve been to before it’s more like a sporty Art & Jakes now. It’s sad because we really liked them. I’ll pass from now on!!
I haven’t gone to Ernie’s in many years, but decided to go this Thanksgiving for their buffet. The price for the buffet was a little costly, but after eating there, it was definitely worth every penny. I was pleasantly surprised at the remodeling they have done and couldn’t have asked for a nicer atmosphere to dine in. The food was spectacular! The one thing that made this the ultimate dining experience was our waitress Dena. I don’t think I have ever had a waitress that was as efficient and pleasant as her. She will definitely be the main reason for me to return to Ernie’s in the future. If I owned a restaurant, she would be on the top of my list of people I would want working for me.
