I've been to this location 3x since they opened. They give the impression that they're extremely busy even with us being the only ones there. This morning they asked me if I'd like hash browns with my order which I replied "sure." The screen said they gave me 2 so I stated I just wanted one and the girl at the drive thru said " I already put 2 on there."I let it go because it was early, but every time I have been there they have not been very friendly and just seem quite unorganized. I will not be back.
I wanted sesame bagel. They didn't have any made. So I got 1 plain and 1 everything bagel with cream cheese. But there wasn't enough cream cheese between the two bagels to even cover 1 bagel. I basically ate a toasted bagel with very very light cream cheese.
arrived at 530. their close time is posted as 6. employee saw us pull up and went and hid. door was already locked. i get it, if its 5 minutes to close, or youre drive thru only (no sign posted, if so) but jeeze, my kid just wanted a donut. went to the one at cass and groesbeck instead
The chentelman working the Opening Shift this morning was Super Friendly & Made my coffee
Long waits. Out of lots of things. Would hit up another location.
New Place Quick with short lines and Polite Workers. Only complaint is that I ordered white cheese and I got yellow cheese on my bacon croissant. No big deal but it changes the whole taste of the sandwich. Mistakes happen. Would still eat there.
Only drive thru open and they didn't have glazed donuts.
Variety of donuts to pick from and they’re fresh. Nice staff.

I'm a big fan of dunkin' doughnuts, but this location was a little disappointing in the friendly customer service area and the variety of doughnuts on hand. I'm going to believe that it's because it's new and both will get better.
