Ordered carry out 7/21/22 normally have a decent meal but yesterday was horrible experience they missed an item that I specifically asked for twice I caught that before I left but I got home and half my dinner was missing ugggh I had to drive all the way back up there and wait the manager never even offered to compensate for my time not looking for a free meal however he could have atleast offered a free desert

This was our first visit to this establishment, as we don't usually hang out in this city, or any of the surrounding areas. But, we found ourselves down that way, and in need of a place to eat lunch, so we spotted it from the road, and decided to give it a try since it looked cozy and relaxed. We are very glad we stopped in, as the service we received, and the food that we ordered were absolutely top notch from start to finish! Very nice interior upon entry, with smiling staff to greet you. We were seated quickly, and drink orders taken very quickly. The food coming out of the kitchen is superb! Hats off to the kitchen staff! The food not only looked appetizing, but it tasted amazing, and filled our bellies with delight. If we ever find ourselves down that way and in need of a bit to eat, we know where we are going!

Our waitress was GREAT! She managed to have a smile on her face even though she was wearing a long sleeve shirt and the AC was not on. I had overheard another table complain how hot it was and their waitress informed them that the owner didn't want to turn it on--in July-- on a 85+ degree day. Litterally the ice in our drinks was melting before you could drink half.My mom's food was incredibly salty to the point she could not finish it. My husbands food was bland. Mine was "meh" at best. Also the breadbasket that was supposed come with the meal, we had to ask for it which has bever been the case.

Ordered eggs Benedict twice, both times came rock hard over cooked. Both orders were carry out. Specifically told them not to overcook eggs the second time. No more.

We go there quite often. Our visits very from breakfast, lunch or dinner. Today I had a taste for some of the great soup, or so I thought. I placed the order to go. Got home I had asked for a bowl of my favorite Bean & Ham, and was only given a tiny little cup. Started to eat it and it was VERY tomato tasting, never like that before. And it was pretty much ALL the broth maybe a dozen or so beans. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TONIGHTS MEAL . Guess I'll go a little farther to Apple Annie's next time.

The food quality & portions have really gone downhill, while the prices have shot up considerably in the past year. My disappointment started when my sister was still waiting to be seated after I dropped her off at the door. She has a bad back & uses a cane & oxygen. There were very few customers & at least 3 employees milling around by the front register, but they left her standing there. After being seated, we asked our server where the Specials Board was. She said they discontinued it because all the meals were on the menu already. When I asked Weren't the 'Specials' daily Discounted Meals, she said No. So why did they bother putting a Specials Board up all these years? Next disappointment was the $6.99 french onio soup which was not even a full bowl & had a heavy peppery taste. 0 stars. My burger & fries were good. But the fact that the server mentioned twice that 'they just changed the grease so the fries should be 'really good' made me nervous. They were good, but they did not have the same tasty seasoning they used to have. My sister's chicken breast dinner was tasty but cold & so skimpy. Two very small, thin pieces of chicken not much bigger than medallions. When she asked the server to warm it up, she was told that it was cold because she took so long to eat her soup ! Shameful! The topper was our bill. We had a coupon to buy one entree and get half off another. The coupon also advertised a 15% senior discount. When we paid the bill, we asked for the senior discount but did not get 15%, we got 10%. I reminded them that the coupon stated 15% and the manager told us that they changed it! It was a misprint and it was only 10%. We just received the coupon the day before, so it was not like it was old & expired.. When I questioned the 'false advertising' the manager said Well, I didn't print the coupon!! WHAT TYPE MANAGER SAYS THAT? I didn't want to make a scene, so we paid & left I just want people to know that they are cheap & unethical. Not only was the food mediocre, portions small & prices high, but they resort to false advertising to get people in and then refuse to honor their own coupon. It has nothing to do with the couple of bucks we would have saved, it was the principal. If nothing else, he should have at least apologized. We will never go in there again. And it's unfortunate because we used to go often over the last 10 yrs! And to make matters worse, yesterday we received new coupons in the mail for 15% senior discount! It went right in the trash. I would not recommend them. Wildflower has a much better menu, better food and better management!

Very disappointed with this place. Twice now I have tried to take my elderly parents here for a holiday meal. First on Thanksgiving and then on Easter Sunday. A few days before Thanksgiving my mother called to ask how late they would be open on Thanksgiving and she was told 4:00pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 3:40pm and were told they were closed. When my mother told the man at the door she was told 4:00 he said our last seating was at 3:00. Try to find a place to eat on Thanksgiving at 4:00. It was a real inconvenience and cost me a lot more money than I was anticipating. Fast forward to Easter. Again, my mother called the restaurant. This time she spoke to Karen, who is apparently the general manager. She said the restaurant would be closing at 5:00 on Easter. My mother then asked Karen what time the last seating was. Karen told her 4:45pm. We arrived at the restaurant again at 3:40 and a woman came out and said they were closed. My mother asked who Karen was that she had spoken with and the lady said she's the general manager. We told her what Karen had said and what had happened on Thanksgiving and she replied "I'm sorry our kitchen is closed." How do you have people answering the phone, especially the general manager, that don't know what the restaurant hours are? Frustrating! to say the least! On the way back to the car my mother said "well this is the last time for this place."

Consistently great food & service. Took the grandkids there last fall , they love it too !!!

Our server was lovely. It was busy but food came out promptly and was delicious. Perfect place for classic home cooked flavors!

Was with my Family, didn't have a problem with the server, but waited a little long for our food & when we received it the fries were cold. Everything else was good. The only BIG issue we had was my Daughter wasn't able to be with us so we got her a chicken parm carry out, when we brought it home there was barely any sauce on the noodles & her garlic bread was burnt to the point you couldn't even eat it. Unfortunately, I didn't look @ it before we left otherwise I would've asked for it to be done over. I was really disappointed in my visit with the cold fries & the take out order.
