My first trip there, the food was hot I received my order fast , they forgot my fries which was part of the meal for $30 . However wasn’t bad enough to give a 1 star , with a little tweaking I believe it can be 5 stars ⭐️ other than that I’m happy to final have church Chicken in the neighborhood 😊❤️
Took over ten minutes to complete my order because so many items were out of stock. Then when I got to the window, after I paid I was told they were out of the macaroni I was charged extra for, and would have to sub out for fries or Cole slaw. I was not offered a refund. This was my first trip to church's and absolutely will be my last.
How they looked me in the eye and served me 12 old dry hard tasteless tenders is beyond me. Very disappointed I would have waited for fresh ones. Felt like I got swindled. Do better
Throw the whole restaurant in the trash! Service sucked and the manager was rude. The chicken was cold and hard and she was mad that I wanted to get the tenders instead because the chicken was horrible and I watched her pick out the tiniest pieces from the tray.A waste of money! This is a new store and they’re already ruining it.

Yes the team got it together... satisfied the manager toya said give us a chance changes will be made and that was a month ago....wow she was right saw her again she remembered me and I will come back such wonderful service smiling new faces...give them a chance and calm down with the negative feedbacks.
I had great service at lunchtime on a Friday. The woman who took my order was very nice. It looked clean inside from what I could see from the drive thru window.My food was delicious. I took it home and it was still very hot and fresh. I had to wait a few minutes to eat because it was so hot. My chicken sandwich and fries were both good and the fountain Coke was also good.
Terrible service, basically told me I was lying about not having half my order, took 45 minutes in the drive thru.
I really wanted to like this place. The food is fine and what to expect at any other location. The service, however, is just bad. I've been here 1.5 times since I just backed out of the drive-thru the second time because of waiting over 10 minutes with no movement. There was literally one car in front of me, so I thought that the wait wouldn't be bearable. I waited about 15 minutes the first visit.
Thought I would try them out for lunch. Went thru drive thru, received no utensils or napkins. Lucky for me my biscuit was hard as a rock so I used that for a spoon to eat the mashed potatoes. Chicken was ok, not much flavor. Don't think I would go back.
