First time coming will be the last, I had to go and make more steak for my bowl! And when I asked for extra the girl rolled her eyes. I should’ve look at the reviews first, I’m so disappointed
Nice clean new store. Friendly staff. Good food, very tasty.
Excited to try the new local Chipotle. Terrible. We were not able to eat inside, all the tables were dirty. No other customers inside except ourselves. Burrito Bowl had no liner. By the time we got home the salsa had leaked through the bowl and paper bag onto our car seat. Bowl was partially filled compared to other locations we've visited. Burrito was off in the taste department and the extremely salted white rice left us feeling ill. After a couple bites...inedible. Not recommended. We did not get what we expected in quantity or quality.
ordered online and they gave me the wrong food, took an hour to get my food, they didn’t even fill my bowl up when i asked for extra of everything in both bowls and they filled the bowl with food worth a handful. my third bad experience at this one. for sure don’t order online unless you want yours food wrong almost two hours later
After multiple visits and wishful thinking for better experiences with this chipotle. I am disappointed with how little care management has for its customers. The staff members granted being newer still barely give normal portions and often forget anything you ask for to the point where you just want out of the store even if its a teaspoon of rice and over salted chicken. It's like a mad zoo when you're trying to make a simple order... only perk it's 3 minutes away from work but honestly maybe driving 15 to get better portions and from more lively staff would be worth it.
Order online, they said my order will be ready in 30mins. 35mins later order wasn't ready so they prepared it in front of me but they had no guacamole,sour,salsa,chips,lettuce, etc.. so I ask why are yall still open? So instead of offering me a refund they only want to make order without what I ask for smh.
I placed an order online shortly after they opened. My order was correct and it was ready when I got there. No complaints.
really good healthy food just a little expensive but it’s worth the money with how good it is and how big of an item you get
1st visit: No meat so I said "k, Ill wait." They forgot I was in line and no food.2nd visit: Didn't feel like wrapping the burritos. Just ingredients in bag.3rd and final visit: Did the app thing for hassle free service. WRONG. App didn't connect to store so no food. Quick to charge the card though. Messed up refund cause reasons.
4.5 stars for me. Ordered online & picked up at the window. Love that option, especially w/ COVID still going strong. My food was ready on time, made correctly & delicious. And they weren't skimpy on the protein! I took off a half star bc I had to spit out a couple pieces of fat that was in my burrito bowl. Overall, though, a good experience & I will return.
