They duped me. I ordered regular 2 piece that comes with a roll and a side for $6.75, but I got charged $10.32. When I asked the cashier, he said he charged me for the lunch special which comes with a 16oz drink, but I specifically said no drink. The 2 young men were lost and confused, and I tried to be understanding as they seemed new, but none of them could give me a reasonable explanation as to why I'm being charged that much except they kept repeating the whole lunch special bs. Not happyEdit: from 1 star to 4 star. I was contacted by the manager/owner, she explained and apologized for the mixup. I got a $10 gift card. Thank you
Good food but very disappointed that when I called to place my order 2 hours before closing, they said they are not taking any more orders.
DO NOT BUY CHICKEN SHACK GIFT CARDS. THIS LOCATION WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR OWN CORPORATE GIFT CARDS. MY FRIEND SENT HIS SON'S TO PICK UP A LARGE PARTY ORDER ON MARCH 16TH WITH A $200 CHICKEN SHACK GIFT CARD. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT THE GIFT CARD AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT. THE SON'S HAD TO USE THEIR DEBIT CARDS... THE EMPLOYEE GAVE THEM FREE SAUCE FOR THE TROUBLE AND THE MANAGER REPRIMANDED HIS EMPLOYEE FOR BEING NICE. POOR POOR LEADERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION. EVEN THOUGH I LOVE CHICKEN SHACK FOOD, THIS EXPERIENCE SICKENED ME. WILL NO LONGER BE PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION.
Ribs were always great..not this time!! Over cooked & had charred on them. Very expensive..but for a long time this was the only place to get ribs. We should have brought them back to that location in Clinton Township. Will go back to the St.Clair Shores next time for our meals.
They nickel and dime you on everything. A small side is in a little cup that would normally used for a large ranch at other restaurants. They charge for every extra sauce pack. They are very expensive but the food is always fresh.

I always order a 16pc. chicken w 2 sides. Last Monday it was awful. Overcooked and dry chicken. The potatoes were off too.. although my family tried to eat it, the rest went in the trash. Is Monday chicken reheated leftovers from Sunday? I'd like a refund or a fresh 16pc.
