I alway love this place. I'm not sure if they are just short staffed or the girl just wanted to loose my business. I ordered 2 10 piece boneless wings and a small pizza for pick up. My husband was missing a whole order of 10 boneless. The first girl extremely nice said they would make free of charge. I asked if we just paid for the missing order if they could deliver and they refused at 820 pm? VERY RUDE! Terrible customer service ?
Pizza is pretty good. Ordered a specialty pizza and it was just cheese. Haven't been back since.
My family's go-to for quite some time now. Pizza is excellent, as is their bread options, and outstanding service to go along with it. Amazing family owns the place & they will treat you like a member of theirs. Thanks for the continued great service!
Carlo's pizza used to be my go to, but I guess they've changed the recipe. The crust used to have some fluff and the last couple times it was flat and didn't taste fresh. I could get that for a lot less at dominos.
Ordered Chicago style and was not impressed. The cheese was rubbery even though it was hot and the pieces literally fell apart as I was trying to plate them because it wasn’t cut through. Also, the pizza was so wet and soggy! It was so soggy that the paper underneath was adhered to all the pieces of pizza. By the time I cut the pieces again, peeled the paper off, and served the slices, we were eating slop that tasted like pizza. It really is a shame because we were really hoping for the best and enjoyed reading all the good reviews. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy it. We won’t be returning unless it’s free because I am not spending $25 on the same mistake twice.
Worst customer service, Manager on duty is awful. Laughs at the inconvenience of getting an order wrong. Didn’t give an solution until It was stated the payment would be disputed. Owner had to step in and still denied any wrong doing on there part.. all around poor experience at a place I used to enjoy…
First time trying this Carlos pizza and bread sticks I have to say the best around!!!!! My daughter said I had to try it just once now I’m hooked!! DELICIOUS!!! I’ll be back!!!
Paid almost $7 for only 4 wings, this inflation is crazy!!! Lol my son says they’re good though. Also ordered ribs, pizza and bread all were very good first time ordering here, will be back!

Pizza was delicious and fresh so was the salad! Ordering online was easy and our pizza came on time! Great experience:)
