My friend and I are trying to find fun things to do with our kids over summer break. Last Tuesday, we decided to take the kids to P.C. walk around have a nice sit down lunch. We decided on California Pizza. We walked in during lunch hour. The restaurant was not busy, a lot of empty booths and tables. We stood at the front desk for about 3 minutes (which sounds minimal but when you have kids, 3 minutes can feel like 15 minutes). We were seated and immediately placed our drink order. Everyone ordered a different style of the lemon aid. 10 minutes into sitting down the drinks finally were served…they were disgusting. The waitress came by, we explained that the lemonades tasted really bad and her response was “yeah, I have been hearing that a lot lately from other customers. I’m sorry”. Order now has been placed for around 20 minutes. My daughter is type 1 diabetic and needed food because her sugar was dropping. I literally walked over to Burger Finn, placed a to go order of chicken strips and fries with ranch and within 7 minutes the manager was handing me my to go order…side note…their customer service was top notch. My daughter and I get back to California Pizza, where my daughter continues to eat and finish her meal from another establishment and still no food. 40 minutes into it, our waitress brings us a small portion of bread and olive oil. We eat that. 5 minutes later my friends childrens food comes out yet still not the pizza that my friend and I ordered to share. Waitress comes out again to explain that the cooks dropped our pizza and needed to remake our pizza. An hour into this experience, all 3 children have had their lunch and my friend and I were finally able to eat our pizza. The prices on the menu are reasonable if the service was reasonable…however for us, this was not the case. There were a lot of young, inexperienced workers that simply do not how to serve/cook. Not their fault…however with the price point on the menu, you need to gaurantee good service and this was not the case for us. I typically tip between 25-28% and this time, I have a basic 18% tip and felt bad but could not justify tipping anymore. This restaurant is in dire need of help.
The restaurant is nice. The hostess was the sweetest lady. Our waitress wasn't as friendly but she did good. The dumplings are really bland and I didn't like them. We got a tostada pizza. Though it was good, it just tasted like a tostada without the corn tortilla and didn't have enough cheese to at least make it feel like a pizza. I don't think I would go there again.
This is the WORST BBQ chicken pizza we ever had in our lives!!!!I am baffled that the cook served this and that the waitress was okay with it too! As soon as this garbage pizza was placed on our table , I sent it back immediately!It was very overdone ,to say the least. The crust was almost invisible . The chicken and bbq sauce were like glue on a piece of extremely dried out bread . There was no way we could bite into it .Very overpriced for a catastrophic establishment. We will NEVER return for sure . The waitress was a a space cadet. We had to ask her a couple Oof times for our soup and silverware. This place is a disaster . I am so angry I paid for this carp . Lesson learned here!?

Food and service was awesome- will definitely eat there again!! The pizzas were delicious and if you like salads the Roasted Veggie Salad is a must try!!
I visited this CPK on my 22nd birthday. I had a horrible time trying to log into my account. The hostess and wait staff would not serve me until I gave them a three digit passcode. I was having problems with logging into my account and had to set up a whole new account. When I logged in, I was given a five digit passcode and the waitress had me redo the whole process in order to make it a three digit number. I was finally given a birthday dessert and was seated all alone. Meanwhile there was a big birthday party happening at the table right next to me.
I LOVE CPK!!!! It is my favorite restaurant, I used to come here every year for my birthday and we went today for Valentine’s day. We had reservations at 6 but were running late and they told us no problem, come in whenever you’re ready! Got there around 6:30 and were seated right away. Sweet, older lady as our hostess and very nice waitress. I’m picky about my pizza and this places makes great, authentic pizza!! I would definitely recommend the bolognese spaghetti or the margarita pizza! delicious!
I’m a former employee of CPK. I came here tonight with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and I just need to shout out the wonderful experience! David the manager was so kind!! His effort to go out of the way for his customers is rare to find! Our waitress was amazing! She was always checking up on us and made sure to keep an eye up on our food. Most importantly the hostess!! I’m so upset that I can’t remember her name but she was a ball of sunshine!! Super bright and positive! She came to us telling us how much she loves her job and that’s so important! The staff, the food and the environment was just amazing thank you CPK for everything!!❤️
I thought the food was pretty okay, it wasn't awful, it wasn't amazing, just okay. The service was pretty subpar, wasn't a huge fan of our waitor.
Great food and atmosphere! Perfect for a night out, and the butter cake dessert is delicious!
