I work down the street so we used to eat here pretty often, however the customer service here sucks and we won’t be going back after this morning. We sent one of my coworkers to get breakfast this morning, one of my other coworkers noticed that they have Carmel frap on there website (but apparently not at this location). When we went to order my coworker asked for the Carmel frap and the lady literally laughed at him and said “this isn’t Starbucks”. There was not reason to be so rude and his English isn’t great so that made him feel even worse. I have noticed the attitude of many employees here but have just ignored it, after working in costumer service my self for a long time I know it’s hard to be happy all the time but this was overly rude. There is a Burger King somewhere that has to have a caramel frap on the menu and her response was unnecessary. We wont be spending money at a place that can’t even have common decency.

I would give zero stars if possible. Waited forever, asked for no onions and when I went to check if they put onions on my whopper, they did of course. There was hair plain as day in my food. What a S hole
Just ordered a Bacon King meal for me and a 8pc nugget and small fry for my son. My burger looked like a whole bottle of ketchup was dumped on to my burger. Before I unwrapped it i could see the ketchup everywhere. The lid to my pop even had ketchup under it. They just lost me as a customer. This is the 19 mile and hayes location. I threw my whole meal in the trash and dont trust them to make me another.
Absolutely embarrassing location. Rude workers, menu always limited because of stock…. Forgotten items every single time we go here. You include the sauce for my nuggets BUT NO NUGGETS???? Total joke.
So I go here this morning like I do every morning and these jerks get my order wrong not once but twice and then give me attitude The two stars are because at least the food was hot
Since we waited 15 minutes for our food I thought it would be fresh and delicious. It was cold and awful. Can't imagine what the workers were doing while we waited. They were not short staffed, you could see plenty of employees and they mostly just stood there talking with each other. It can't be that difficult to make sure fresh food is prepared and served. What a waste.
Just pulled out of this location. Although Kyle was polite he informed me that they can’t take cash only card so I was willing to leave a 4.00 tip seeing as my order was only $16.00 . I asked if my fries could be dropped fresh he said he can’t make any guarantees even though I was ok waiting and there were only 2 cars ahead and no cars behind me. Needless to say I didn’t order there.
Typical fast food place with unhealthy food. Young woman taking orders and serving was excellent. Many kudos to her.
I had gotten home and I live 3 minutes away from here and my food wasn't cooked it was frozen definitely not eating here again
