Every business should have a JORDAN that works for them!! He is constantly kind, polite, motivated and has such a stellar positive attitude. It is hard to find dedicated workers these days that truly make a difference in the success of a business but Jordan excells at doing just that! I've had shorter wait times at the DMV. I worked at BK thirty years ago and I contend I could walk in their doors today and make food faster than anyone working there. There is nothing they make that should keep you waiting in the drive thru as long as you do. The only excuse for the wait is if they are freshly slaughtering the beef in the back. It's brutal. At least when you do eventually get your food, it's generally correct and fresh'ish.
Will not come to drive thru to take an order. Hang up when you call
Went to the drive-thru and asked for a bacon stacker King as a meal and the guy puts it on as a sandwich only, I asked him what kind of sauce is on there, then he forgets what I ordered and I tell him again I want the bacon stacker King as a meal oh, then he puts it on there and tells me the ingredients that are on it but not the sauce, I asked him what the sauce is he takes like two whole minutes to figure it out, then he tells me and then I asked I wanted my sandwich as a meal you know with the drink and the fries can you please change that for me (3rd time i asked to get it changed) the guy responds to me by asking why am I talking to him like that and I respond with because you're making this difficult have a good day and I drove off. Unless they get rid of this guy I think I'm going to refuse to work at this location. He is not good at taking orders and seems to can't even get my order right
Had the friendliest cashier I've ever had anywhere. He was amazing and I told him so. Food was ok but that service, outstanding! I'll be back!
Places close at 5 p.m. on Sunday states on the web that it's open till 8 mobile order let you order food to pull up and realize that they are closed had to change my rating used to have a five-star from me not anymore
Identity theft going on drive thru kid on his phone took my card info when I noticed it i blocked my card later that night i had 3 pending inquiries that were declined be careful! Im contacting corporate tomorrow and getting the police involved
I was happy to be able to walk back into this restaurant to order. It was drive thru only for longest time. Also, cashier asked if I wanted everything on my whopper ( I always eliminate something) this time I forgot, hen she said that it rinded me & I really appreciated that.
Wonderful service and great quick food.i messed up my order and forgot to ask for onion rings and the manager just gave me a free large onion ring she was so nice and I would have minded paying for it but she helped me out.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain, it was drowning in ketchup. Hence why ordered plain, I'm allergic to tomatoes!!!! Tried to call was put on hold then hung up on, tried to call back nothing but a busy signal for over half an hour. Horrible Horrible will never go back to that bk or any most likelyBK.Absolutely disgusting
