Normally I would give B Dubs 5 stars but the quality has gone way down, the prices have gone way up, the traditional chicken is microscopic like they've been starving them. The accuracy of both the dine in and carryout orders is not the best. The people who work there aren't even friendly like they used to be even though we've gone there every week for 10 years! It's as if they've gone through some kind of training that was like a kind of hazing to get them to be hypnotized. All business no personalized service at all. This better be temporary because if it's gonna be like this from now on they're losing customers fast.
Ordered a 20 piece meal from here the other day for carryout. Half buffalo dry rub and the other half Nashville hot. Wings were dry and 9/10 of the buffalo were flats while 9/10 of the Nashville were drums. Didn't provide any of the ranches that were requested. The fries, if that what you want to call them, were not edible. Soggy, cold, no actual potato filling... just awful.
I placed a carryout order here and it didn't go very well. I ordered the classic chicken wrap and substituted the fries for veggies with ranch. My husband also ordered a sandwich with veggies and ranch and a salad with dressing. We got home with our order, my wrap was tiny which is whatever, but they forgot our veggies and ranch and my husband's salad dressing. I don't know if we will order here anymore...might stick with Wingstop.
Ordered via phone and went to pick my food up. Had a gift card that my boss got for me. They took long to talk to me and had a hard time figuring out how to use the payment from the gift card. All around took to long. When I got home, my fries were missing. They need better workers. They seem lost most of the time. Will not be returning
Can’t give the best review… only because when I order wings I ask them to be “stupid wet” and it’s a joke I guess but I want the sauce… then I get them and they show me dry wings and have to pay for it after looking at them and ask if it can be respun… they won’t so I have to pay for cups on the side which makes me feel like what’s the point… also… why is a beer 5 bucks? I’m just saying…

Tonight we have 13 middle school girls and parents at 15 mile. It's was crazy with such a large group, however our waitress Alicia waited on us and it being her first night, rocked it! She remained professional, did an amazing job keeping everyone's orders together and was brought out in a timely matter with such a large group. Thank you so much for accommodating the large group and doing a great job!! You all rock!!
Even if they are not busy the service takes FOREVER. Waited for over an hour for our meals to come out. Do not recommend this location.
Frustrating experience everytime I go there. I usually order take-out and don't dine in. Every single time I go there, nobody is at the take-out counter. You can look around and make eye contact with servers, you can hear employees joking around the corner but nobody ever checks on the take-out customers. Multiple times I'll ge given an estimate for my order that's already supposed to be ready. I'll be given a 5-10 minute more estimate and in most cases it will take 30-45min. Good luck finding an employee to ask about your food. Also, everytime I order either instructions aren't followed or I am missing food. Then they act like you're being an inconvenience by asking for the rest of your order. Unfortunately this location is a block away from me. Otherwise I would frequent a different location. Management needs to finally rectify this.
Probably one of the most unreliable places I order food from. Every other time I order from this location, the food is pretty tasty. The times between, it’s old, cold, and flavorless. Most recently, my wings were covered in less than half the sauce they normally come with (couldn’t tell which ones were supposed to be which flavor if not for the stickers on the box) and the fries were stone cold and floppy. We had out-of state-friends over for wings and a movie, and we were not at all pleased with our choice of carry out. Sadly to say, half the wings got dumped in the trash. They were that bad.
