I used to love this place, but recently took my Little Yorky’s to have a quick snack and was told that because of chicken prices that an $11 meal turns in the $18 because you add little chunks of chicken to entree. I’m sorry, but that should be advertised on the menu and I shouldn’t have to ask about it so if you’re thinking about getting a meal here just order the chicken tenders off the appetizer menu for nine dollars cut them up and throw them on your meal and you’ll save all the money that you would’ve spent. The manager wouldn’t even reason with me and I feel bad for waitress, because it’s not her fault that her manager is terrible at her job.
We went here for brunch. We had the uncle Jesse and the chicken and waffles- both were delicious! The staff was very accommodating to our infant, finding a spot for our stroller, and putting us out of the way with a car seat swing.Most memorable was our server Jess f, she was amazing. Super attentive and gave excellent recommendations. We’ll be back for sure!
I stopped in Bobcat Bonnie's to have a burger. My server's name was Jess. She was amazing. She suggested a burger for me based on my diet limitations. I have been a server and know what it's like to serve tables, it usually takes quite a bit to impress me...I was impressed with her level of elite customer service. I didn't have to wait for a refill and my food came quickly. I will be returning and asking for her section again. I highly suggest this restaurant. Great food. Great service. Great Music and atmosphere.
I’ve been there a couple times, and the food, drinks, and service is always great. I especially loved my server Jess F from the last time I was there. She had really good suggestions, and I still think about the salmon pasta I had based on her recommendation. She was extremely helpful and attentive. Great experience, and I will keep coming back!
Had brunch on a Saturday and it was surprisingly not busy. We were seated right away and had our drink orders taken. We did the bloody Mary and mimosa bar. I had a waffle with the vegan sausage, and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. Both meals were great and came out pretty quickly. We definitely plan on coming back again in the near future. We highly recommend.

Food was good but very poor attitude from the staff. Went here early on a Sunday with my 8month old son. It’s partridge creek so I brought the stroller. He was sleeping so I left him in there. We were one of only four tables filled. They suggested I leave the stroller (with baby) by the front door where the host could “keep and eye on him” because the stroller was in the fire exit lane. See the photo to understand full ridiculousness of these comments. I don’t care how good the food is, I won’t be returning.
We saw this restaurant chain in an episode of Guy Fieri’s DDD and had to come and try it.We ordered their loaded Totter/Nachos hybrid which was really good.(Totchos with Doritos on top!)Burgers of course are much tastier than sandwiches ? but both good; I had a vegan bowl and I was surprised how tasty it was!They have cocktails and their decor is nice.The service on this location was good and the server was attentive.Overall a nice experience.
Atmosphere is cool, the servers were all very nice. Our server seemed to be completely swamped so unfortunately the service was really slow. My boyfriend and I are both servers so we understand. However, the kitchen was also insanely slow, it took probably 40 minutes for our entrees to come out. Probably 20 minutes for our artichoke dip- which was really good. When the entrees came out they were lukewarm. We ordered an item on special for both of our entrees, it was a creamy fettuccine pesto with fried shrimp on top. The shrimp was awesome, but the bed of pasta that it sat on was actually awful. The first thing my boyfriend and I both did was go to grab for salt, but there was none on the table. The noodles were cold, stuck together, completely without flavor, and sooo dry. Since we had waited so long for the food, our server was busy, and we were kind of over it at that point we didn’t say anything to our server. Could be our fault but nonetheless, when we finished our dishes, we had eaten the shrimp off of the top (6 small pieces) and left the bed of noodles to be thrown away.I wasn’t going to leave this review until now, when I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged initially, refunded, then charged again for a higher amount. As a server myself, if I made a mistake and didn’t add something to the tab, I would tell my table to expect a double charge and a refund, along with the refund slip in case anything went wrong- and of course- apologize for the inconvenience. I’d like to add that I sat there with my card at the end of the table for 10 minutes, eventually a DIFFERENT server said let me take care of this, took my card, must’ve charged it, and then my ACTUAL server must’ve forgot to add something. So it was refunded and recharged. My ACTUAL server ended up bringing the card back with the receipts and mentioned nothing. The difference in price was $29 versus $38. The refunded money is pending in my account and I was alarmed to see three separate transactions from Bobcat Bonnie’s. Truly quite annoying. I’m thinking we won’t come back to this location.
