Service was okay only problem was I had to keep asking the waitress for the same thing more than once. The food wasn’t good @ all. I couldn’t finish my plate and it end up messing w/my gastritis. Also when my husband had to use the bathroom he found them unclean to the point where he had to take me to a different place to use the bathroom.
I haven't been here in about 10 years. We got big boy combos with salad bar. The place was clean. Our server Brianna was very good. Took off 1 star for salad bar...was a little skimpy.
We always come in from Florida & hav to hit up our favorite restaurants & one is Big Boys was always one we had to hit up for a slim Jim but, it's different now!! Has a different bun & hardly had ham on them, they don't make them liked they used to do & salad bar wasn't that full... We we're kinda bummed to see how business is there now! ? but, we still enjoyed ourselves as we were in Michigan
If you are looking for top notch customer service, and a great meal this is the place to be! As a mother of three young children dining out can often be challenging, and something I would typically rather avoid. The staff at this location is always so helpful, and kind to us every time we visit. Please know that all of your smiling faces is so refreshing to see, (especially now that we are unmasked! ) Our dining experience here is always a pleasure. Food was cold, told waiting for fresh brew coffee 17 minutes and the coffee was cold. Worst wait staff ? Bathrooms not so fresh smelling, seats at table were dirty, not seating people away from each other. Totally disgusting and disappointed
We had about an hour and a half before we had to go somewhere else and we were out of there in like 45 minutes. Service was good, though our waitress could've been a bit more attentive. But the food was definitely good and fresh. Definitely gotta get the pub style fish sandwich again.
I would give it a zero if I could. The manager Bobby is unprofessional and only greets certain guests. The food was sub-par and the cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible at least the area I was sitting in.Our waitress was nice and did her best.When we went to pay our bill, Bobby (manager) let us stand at the register while he had a personal phone conversation. It wasn't until we put the money on the counter that he ran out of the office. The is just rude and he need some customer service training. We won't be back. This old establishment need to CLOSE permanently!
Allyson was such a nice and receptive waitress! She dealt with my celiac disease in a great way despite not being super knowledgeable about it herself. Milkshakes tastes amazing as always and we were able to take them home. It is a great place for a dinner date that follows up bowling!
Above and beyond service here - manager really supports his team and the service staff is fantastic. Very kind people; we brought our Girl Scout troop in and they were very kind and sweet to our girls. Worth visiting just because the people are so nice.
The food was great. The service was terrible until we said something out loud about our service.She forgot about bringing me my sandwich. My cousin bought a coconut cream pie to take home. My experience differs with each visit.
