my boyfriend and i came here to order milkshakes, i ordered right off the online menu & the cashier had no idea what it was/ how to make it, not to mention the item i ordered was painted on the wall. they ended up being out of oreos which was the second order, and lastly i ended up getting a vanilla milkshake with caramel and m&m’s melted down, thought i was drinking straight up milk. definitely drive the extra 3 minutes to dairy queen.

Never had an issue with this place since its close by, but showed up before 8:45 when they close at 9 and the doors were already locked.

I’ve been to this store countless of times since new management has taken over and I had nothing short of perfect service and exceptionally prepared ice cream. I live in Southgate now and make the trip solely for the excellent experience every visit. This is how businesses should be ran.

Great service, the store was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely would go again when in the area.

Lemon Custard w/Blue Moon???TOUCHDOWN

Only one person working. An amazingly long wait. If you want ice cream in under 20 minutes look elsewhere.

It's nice ice cream just a to small and not enough room for all the customers

Always a good experience; this was my dad's favorite so I ordered it today, his birthday!

Excellent customer service, cleanliness, and ice cream!!Try the mango iced tea frozen drink! SO GOOD!!

I went there last night around 8pm and there was two women working there. I walked in without a mask, as I have been doing everywhere else the past couple of days because of the mask lift. The cashier asked if I had a mask and I told her that I was vaccinated and showed her my vaccination card. She proceeded to look at the other woman there that was stocking up the freezer. The other woman said, “actually my boss said we shouldn’t serve people that are vaccinated.” The rest of what she said after that was mumbled. Then she said, “we can refuse to serve you, since you refused to wear a mask.” I responded, “I didn’t refuse to wear a mask,” then I pulled a mask out of my purse and put it on and continued with my purchase. I don’t mind wearing a mask if someone asks me to. Those two women definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The confusing part was that I was told that the OWNER said they shouldn’t serve anyone that’s vaccinated. Like what the hell does that mean?
