My father and I visited this Wingstop a few days ago. It was my first time there, but apparently it was one of his favorite restaurants. I ordered a large (10 wings) bone-in, 5 Hickory Smoked BBQ, 5 Hot Honey Rub. I'm not the best with spice, but the Hot Honey Rub was worth it either way. They were awesome. The Voodoo fries were amazing as well. Definitely give this place a try. It may be a tiny bit pricier then an average fast food joint, but it's worth every penny in my opinion.
I would give this 20 stars if I could. I went in late at night and a lovely lady helped me. She was really nice and answered my questions. But when we got home and ate the chicken it was so good. I will never go to be dubs again. We got the lemon pepper boneless wings and it made me tingle.
I order 40 pcs family pack and they just give me 40 pcs no fries no begetables and dressing!!!! The lady Kardi is very polite but she don't took the order correctly I can't go back and forward because or her mistake!
What can I say, I had so many wings I could've flew around the room. Bang they were great. Monday and Tuesday 70 cent Wings.Awesome!
Every time I go, they mess up my order. Their boneless chicken is so little, it’s a joke and they OFTEN forget to even toss the chicken in its sauce. Take the extra time to drive to another wing stop, I suggest the one in Livonia!
Ordered 15 wings online. 50 minutes later, and I'm still waiting. Online it said 16 minutes. They've been saying we're next for the last 35 minutes.... After 50 minutes, the employee says, oh you said Bobby, I thought you said Robby. Your food has BEEN ready. Of course, the wings were cold. Last week, we ordered 15 wings, and they gave us 12. I can't with this place. ?♀️
Visited Wing Stop twice this week. Was never asked to wear a mask the first visit but was asked to wear it the second time. No workers were wearing masks. There was one customer who was wearing a mask in the store. While waiting for my meal (carryout), 2 Door Dashers and another customer came and left, not wearing a mask not being asked to put one on. Next was the horrible food I picked up. Ordered 10 bone in wings, but was given 7 flats and 3 drums. Flats had hardly any meat on them and the drumsticks were small. How is this place still in business?
I have gone to this store on a few different occasions. The first time was shortly after moving to the area in 2020, and when I bit into it, it was undercooked. Not raw, but enough it was gross. All I was offered for a refund by the "manager" on the phone was a couple free drinks, however, I was able to cook my chicken the rest of the way in our oven. The next time, February 2021, I fell for the affordability of their wings. They were good, very crispy like they were stuck in a hotbox awhile, but I like them like that. Most recently, I got carryout, and the wings were more raw than I had ever seen chicken served. When I called, they told me the manager wasn't there (5pm on a Sunday), and to call the next day at noon. I did, and the manager, Asia, told me she was not left a note from the previous night, and therefore couldn't issue me a refund. She did offer to forward my information to the district manager, but wouldn't give me a number to contact them myself.Frankly, I don't expect to get my money back, or go to this store again
Placed an order told 30 mins. Arrived 35 mins later to wait 25 mins. Got my order the fries where not good what so over seemed to be old. I didn't get any seasoning and I was supposed to get extra. The wings good. Bc the cashier made them. There was 1 person in kitchen working 2 others on personal phone or not helping when being asked. Horrible experience will not be returning to this location.
Good most of the time. But today my wings were not even hot and they charged for two ranches and I never got them. Is it really that hard to grab some ranch and heat up wings? I suffer leg problems so I cannot even go back to have them fix my order. Smh. I also left a review previously about how I worked there and was mistreated due to being diabetic and fired over it! Dont work here.
