Have tried to go this location several times now , I work nights . They are supposed to be open until 9 but they close by 8 every time I’ve tried to go , one time I pulled up as the last employee was blasting out of there right at 8 pm
Always good food. Drive thru has been slow. Lack of e.ployees they say. So expect a little delay.
Waited forever to get a bunch of garbage. My crispy chicken sandwich was old and hard. My specialty chicken sandwich was awful. Barely any sauce, dill pickle chips were basically crumbs, barely any bacon and it was all crumbled as well. Everything was just bad
Sitting here right now at 8 18 and they're telling me they're already closed for the night. Store is open until 9! Terrible manners when telling me theyre closed.Both employees just left in their cars. It's 8:22. This location is LAME.
Do not believe that they ever open! Even though online it says they are open and hours verified by business...... once again they are not open! Will not go back again!
So we went to wendy's, spent an hour in the drive thru, and they forgot half our stuff. We got no sodas with our biggie bags, no bacon, and no tomatoes. There was only 2 employees and they were in a fight when I came in. This was a horrible time, and would not come here again.
Me and my coworker just tried to order from the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. We had to make 2 different transactions. We were told we could not, and turned away.
This ghetto Wendy's always has the MOST problems and needs to be shut down. Cashier's sneezing while handing me my food... constant register problems... If you aren't going to take the business seriously then shut it down..
I hate giving negative reviews, but there was an employee who was so unnecessarily rude to me. In rarely taken aback, but I was actually shocked. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it was just so disrespectful.
Sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order, periodically saying hello is anyone there with no response. The last time this happened I drove to the 1st window only to be told that I had to drive around the building, wait in line again to place my order (went to another restaurant). After waiting for quite some time with three cars waiting behind me, I finally drove around to find the employees standing outside on the side of the bldg. I asked if they were closed and I was told the power went out, yet absolutely no one thought to put a sign on the intercom informing customers that the power went out. Literally wasted 15 mins of my 30 min lunch and didn't have time to go anywhere else at that point. The customer service at this location is very dismal.
