10 min to get your drink, 15 min to get your food. Three workers an only had two people in drive thru. An no one inside. Slowest fast food I've ever been to. Food was cold by the time I got it.

Me being a business owner I know how imperative it is to have staff with customer service experience. Who ever the lady on nights is with the glasses needs to be fired immediately. Super rude if she doesn’t like her job she should quit! Terrible experience I’ll never spend another $ with this store ever again! Fries extremely cold burger sloppy just a terrible experience.

Went to the drive through at this Wendy's today and it was extraordinarily slow. I actually got out my watch and started timing them, lol. They were running between 5 and 7 minutes PER CAR. I was 7th in line and, sure enough, took 40 minutes to get through. Whoever owns this restaurant should be paying attention to this because for every car that stayed in line there was 2 that pulled away frustrated. You could be doing triple the sales if you figure out your staff situation!In the end, though, three stars because they apologized for the wait, were super friendly at the window, and got the order correct. I shouldn't have to applaud getting an order right but, these days, my fast food order get messed up about 50% of the time anywhere I go.

We all know the world is getting back to normal so, with that in mind you have to pack your patience with you to get your food. I stood inside the store and waited over 15 minutes just to be asked what I wanted, after that I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be given to me. The line was long outside and inside. The staff is doing the best they can WHILE training new people. I witnessed some very hard working individuals inside of the store. They were rushed but they kept their focus. Its so rare to see and I figured they could use a boost of moral. You guys are doing a great job! And my food was delicious thank you so much.

We went to this Wendy's because we wanted to try the strawberry Frosty and we thought we would go in but the door was locked. The drive-thru took a while and we suspected that there was only one or maybe two employees and that's why things were taking a while. That's okay and they were polite and it was just slow because that's the way things are right now. Unfortunately they were sold out of the strawberry Frosty so we got chocolate and I hope to have another opportunity to try strawberry in the future.

Always out of salads even at noon. It’s their seasonal summer strawberry salad. How do you run out at noon? Out of other salads, too. This happens frequently. Same at other local locations on Ford & Canton Center also. Out of strawberry & chocolate frosties, too, after waiting 15 minutes in line! I’ll make my own at home from now on!

Never EVER should it take 40 minutes to get two kids meals. I saw 8 cars leave the line which averaged a new car at the monitor every 12 minutes! Just because you have only 3 people working doesn’t mean you should be that slow! Drop fries, nuggets, etc. POOR. POOR. EXCUSE!

This is by far the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I understand understaffing, but I'm currently in line and have been for 30 minutes. I still haven't ordered. This will be the last time I visit this Wendy's, it's like this every single time I'm here.

Arrived at the drive thur at 4pm and was 4th in line, 15 minutes later I finally get to the order speaker. 15 minutes later they finally come on ask for my order. I wanted chili but they were out. I understand there is a staff shortage, but I think waiting 30 minutes to order a hamburger is not putting customers first. I think they would have been better off closing.

Tried to use the Wendy's app. No service, wouldn't load. Long drive thru but the burgers were fresh and hot. French fries were soggy.
