The last 6 months, the drive thru is slower than slow. I quit going to the one in Canton on mich. Ave. No more.
Food was great! Fresh! Staff was super friendly! I've waited longer but I've also been thru faster.
I ordered the number 10 and requested a large I always go there and get the same meal each time with a large cup of water never bottled and when I requested my large cup of water they refused to give it to me and they gave me a small cup of water saying this is what I was told to give but I paid for a “large meal” so I should’ve got my large cup of water im not going there again because it doesn’t make any sense since when the rules change you could’ve at least gave me a large drink because I paid for it but you did not. If I’m paying for something and request something specific that I always get give me what I’m paying for it doesn’t matter whether the drink is a bottled water or a cup give me my large cup of water per my request I paid for it didn’t even offer me an alternative you just said this is what I was told to give you and I always get the same thing. This has never happened before do better I don’t understand why it matters if I’m ordering a large cup of water I would do the same if I’m in the building I don’t want anything else because I can’t have anything else
My son and I had the best fast food DRIVE THRU service at Wendy's tonight. We ordered an insane amount of food with several "special" requests and the staff was patient, pleasant, friendly, speedy and spot on with our order. Major props to all the staff at Wendy's in Canton on Ford and Haggerty.!
Like the Wendy’s on Michigan Ave, this one is always running out of salads even in early afternoon. Also, we went to eat inside, as the sign on the door says, “open for dining IN till 10 PM.” It was 7:45 & doors were locked. Instead of employees coming to the door to explain any change in policy, they just look at you & laugh. I’ve also come to this drive-thru & heard employees & apparently a manager having a shouting match & spewing the F-bomb & other obscenities back & forth. Very unprofessional & inefficient. They often get the order wrong. Not sure what’s going on with these franchises, but there are tons of other options, so don’t waste your time here!
This locations speed has improved I come here on my lunch break a time or two throught the week. On some occasions it would take almost my entire break to get through the line but now it's a solid 10 minutes.
Place looks closed. However the drive thru is indeed open. Food was ok. They forgot the sour ream on my sour cream and chive potato which was a bummer. Would I go back.... probably not.
This place is ruining the name of franchise.Avoid this place. Its been third time I returned back due to bad service and lack of staff.Today i was waiting for more than 5 minutes but no one came at the front even to talk or anything. Very disappointed
One of the worst in this area, stay away. Find another fast food at all cost. Ordered breakfast at 10 am using their mobile app and went there to pick up around 10:15. App took the order fine, charged my credit card. When I pulled up at the drive thru window, they told me that they were switching to lunch and cannot serve breakfast. App says breakfast served until 10:30 am. When I started showing the app, the person at the window said they have technical issues with their system and wouldn't serve the ordered breakfast. They started blaming the app and online ordering instead of serving customers. They also wouldn't take order at the window. There were more cars pulling around and they were turning away everyone.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 5pm and I was told I’d have to wait about 15 minutes for shift change. Explains why the restaurant had no vehicles. Completely ridiculous for a fast food place during dinner time.
