Terrible... the worst Wendy's meal I have ever had .burger dry burnt..even the bun was burnt..dont even think of ordering strawberry frosty..strong chemical taste..dont go to this location.
Second time getting food here. Food was cold burger was hard an you could tell it was old they just put another piece of cheese on it that was cold so made it even colder. No drink. Nuggets were like chewing rubber they were so old. An no sign that they were out of things. Poor girl at the window was great lady in the back gave nasty looks. Will never return.
Wendy's is always a quality fast food place and this location didn't disappoint. With two different drive-thrus in one place (the other being Tim Hortons) make sure you got to the right one, I almost tried to order from the wrong one lol.
35 min to get to the speaker. Still havn't ordered. If you can't serve people shut the restaurant down. 45 min drive thru visit for 1 meal.
fries had no taste, very hard. food came out in seconds we knew it wasn’t even close to fresh. employees looked like they didn’t want to work, they looked very bothered and we were the only customers there at the time ????
I would give 0 stars if I could, literally waited in the drive through for my entire lunch break with only 1 car infront of me
I feel as though 1 star is generous.6 pm on a Wednesday, I spent easily 20 minutes locked in the drive thru (cement barriers to direct traffic) to get what I thought was a simple order. I initially just wanted to stop for fries but ended up getting a jr burger and a lemonade. I literally could feel the chill on the fries and the burger. All the toppings on the burger were ice cold including the cheese. Staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed. I understand the understaffing, but I would rather the workers be able to put out quality food or close early due to staffing than waste my money. I won’t be back.
We waited for 30 minutes and we checked if they’re workers and they’re listening to music and there no sign that they’re close blasting music and didn’t take anyones order
They do the McDonald’s “our ice cream machines are down for the night” thing too.But it 7 o clock and it’s 3 hours to close and you’re Wendy’s!! Your brand is the frosty… smh.
Hi, I’m writing this complaint because I ordered a 50 piece chicken nugget spicy and a 10 piece nugget meal original that came all spicy then we had to come back after them already ruining are dinner just only to find out after further checking the bags in the line that they didn’t put are fry from the meal then not only to find out when we get home that there is bacon in the fry’s when my son couldn’t eat pork so thanks for that I’m more then just mad it’s not right they weren’t even busy I am completely outraged and I don’t get how bad of service you have to receive until u can’t take it any more.
