Cashier Girl giving me an attitude like I owe her something. Very unprofessional

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I go out of my way to get to another Tim Hortons because of the employees bad attitude and how rude they are. I use to go to this location everyday, until the rudeness was consistent and they forgot something every time.

Online and at the store window said they’re open at 5 am so we thought that we’d get breakfast before our early flight so we came at 5:20 am and waited at the speaker to give our order, no one talked through the speaker. So we went up to the window and no one looked in our direction so after 5 minutes, we went back to the speaker, honked, no one responded. Then we back up to the window and honked and rudely some girl opened the window and said we’re not open, i said don’t you guys open at 5? and she gave such an attitude and continued to say they’re not open. I understand that everyone is short staffed but change the hours online and in the front of the store

No reason to post times that you are open and your not even open at that time. I know COVID has made a lot of places change their hours, but change that stuff online as well. It the courtesy of at least coming to the speaker saying they not open is out the window too.

The girl at the drive through window was extremely rude, dismissive and not patient when I was deciding on what I wanted. And the food was packaged upside down and dry.

so impatient they couldn’t even let my father complete his order. food was dry and the muffin was upside down in the bottom of the bag. not to be a karen but the rudeness was also really unnecessary ?

Coffee good, food ok, friendly not so much.

Waited outside drive thru window for 5 minutes. Nobody answered. There were people inside and cars in the lot. Never a good experience at this location

This location *used to be* the best Tim Hortons in the entire area, and why wouldn't it be, when it is located at one of the busiest intersections in Michigan. There was very little turnover of employees and they consistently turned out quality coffee and food, very quickly.Following the government paying people not to work, I no longer recognize anyone working there, the line is completely wrapped around the building every morning and my order is frequently wrong or mediocre at best, like this morning when I got 3, 2-for-$5's for the office. Thus, there should have been 6 sandwiches.They gave me 5 and I neglected to check the bag before driving off. ?‍♂️ I should know better.Oh well, in the future I will significantly reduce my number of trips to this Tim Hortons location, which is kind of sad since I've been going there for nearly 10 years. I guess all we can really say about this is, Let's Go Brandon. ?‍♂️
