After waiting 20 minutes for my coffee cube, it turned out that my order hasn't even been started after I was told it would only be 10 minutes. Not acceptable service. Coffee was ok.
Worst experience ever! Rude staff, was told to go to wendys when i ordered the $5 bundle with the Biebs drink and the timbits. The mobile ordering is unavailable and the girl goes there’s nothing I can do about it. Just terrible experience never coming here again. Did not receive the biebs drink either. They just made any drink and gave it to me. Disappointed
I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order correct, but it is Tim Horton’s, so at least you know the food is good. The place has always seemed clean, just slow and disorganized.
Would give this a 5, but this location is really busy, and sometimes the staff seem to miss stuff. A few times I've ordered on the app and gone in to pick it up and they don't start the order until you get to the register and tell them. Sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.A plus here is that they tend to keep the drive thru moving along, but don't expect that you're going to order ahead and just go pick up inside at this location. I'm only picking up in drive thru from now on here.
If you desperately need Tim Horton’s go to the other one on Ford Rd by Dunkin’. The customer service here is trash. Employees are rude and don’t even seem like they want to work here? Given the wrong order many times, donut looked like it was bitten out of also.. claimed order was wrong and the lady at drive thru denied it herself. I know many other people who have been having such bad issues here. Garbage Tim hortons! ALSO DONT BOTHER WITH REPORTING THEM BECAUSE THEY WONT GET BACK TO YOU LOL
Always have the coffee with 2 creams, found out recently there is an xtra large coffee.....thats what I'll be getting now. The chilli if they have it is my favorite.
Just got a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich it was all good and they made it pretty quickly
This Tim hortins is the worst one today was my last time to make a mistake by going there every time i order then never give me proper order they missing my order or give me wrong order but today they did new thing they only given my breakfast sandwich but refuse to give me my coffee and when i said i did order coffee the white guy at window start yelling and abusing with F words and said get lost that was your order i cant give you coffee get back in line inasked for refund my order he said he cant refund either…..today was my last time i went there coz this was not first time whoever owns this tim hortins i guess dont care who they hire and how they ruining their business…….lets see when they closed.
By far the worst Tim Hortons in the metro Detroit area. Lines are forever long and it takes forever just to order a cuppa coffee since you’re not allowed to go in.
