My kids are picky eaters and we always special order everything. Everything was correct and tasted awesome. Customer service was great. They do a great job with not having enough help. Be patient and kind. Everyone is trying to make it in this world!

Order was taken by a polite worker and no mistakes were made to the changes I requested. Food was fresh and Pepsi was refreshingly good. Much Appreciated

Haven’t ordered from here in a VERY long time. Took a risk and did a mobile order with specific modifications. The order was ready right on time, well made, no mistakes! I was treating me friend as well and they were thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste!

Change your times if you're not open. If you can't get enough food is one thing, maybe it's just your staff that just closes the store early all the time. Either way I guess that reflects the whole location. Build another one across the street that'll solve all the problems!

Terrible !! I was in line in the drive through for about a hour. When I got to the window they said it was closed. Remind you I was there for a doordash pick up that had notified 30 mins prior to that it was ready for pick up. But taco bell refused to serve and was very rude with no reason to give on why they didn’t have the food.

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive through. Please, for the love of your fellow man/ woman, do not order doordash from this taco bell.

We literally just waited in the drive thru for an entire hour just for them to take our payment method and then ask us if we want a refund instead since they were going to make us wait even longer. Will never ever be going there ever again.

I'm not sure if it is just issues with getting good help, people not wanting to do a job or just bad customer service, However when an order is not right it should be fixed quickly and easily not a fight to get what you order. The expectations. Is that food will be made as per the description not missing part of the food or subsided for another item because they are out if an item without asking. Nor should a more expensive item be replaced with a less expensive one.

This Taco Bell is horrible. If you order online and select pickup in store, you can only go through the drive thru to get it as the store is locked. This defeats the purpose of ordering online as you still have to wait in line. They dont even start making your food until you tell them you are there at the speaker. When I finally receive my order it was made incorrectly. Still can't enter the building and have to wait in the drive thru again.

5 stars for the food. Otherwise, this location needs to be closed. Most of the employees who work there don’t want to be there. Send them home, don’t you have cameras? The community in Canton is suffering from this location. Shut it down and go home or fire most or all employees and hire people that want to be there .Open back up when you are ready. Get it together Taco Bell.
