The two young men on night shift are the sweetest, however the quality of the food was poor for the price it is. The most expensive subway in the area. There is no ac it was at least 20+ degrees hotter in the store than it was outside and it was an 80 degree day. Unworkable conditions for those poor employees. Owner refuses to turn the ac on and even has a lock box over the thermostat. No public restrooms. Not a very clean store.
Hot Box! and Paid $15.00 and some change for an oven roasted sub footlong, chips and coke in a bottle. Same exact thing at another location was just over $12.00. They have the bathroom closed to the public is this even legal to serve food and not have a bathroom. Very hot in there and uncomfortable. Employess very nice sub was made well. I am concerned for the safety of the employess and the food do to the hot tempature at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
The staff are nice, but I feel bad for them based on the poor ownership. There is no AC so the staff looked miserable, no public restroom, they don't accept coupons, they're slightly more expensive than the other Subways around, there was a sweat smell, and the store didn't look clean. Unfortunately I left without making a purchase during this visit and I sincerely hope the owner takes some pride in their store.
It was over 90 degrees in the store when I went there today. The employees say the owner will not let them turn the air on at all and has locked the thermostat with a key. There’s no way the condiments and things can be at a safe temperature when it is sweltering in there. The poor employees were dripping with sweat. The owner should be ashamed!!
Bad experience really stinky inside , couldnt even finish my food because it had a stench on it , really strong musty smell ?
was wondering how my bill went up on the weekly 3 cold cuts I get on Monday or Tuesday so I went online to look up prices and they are literally $1.70 more per sub then the one on cherry hill how is that even possible lol
I haven’t met everyone that works at this location, but today I met a older lady who works there and she was working alone, she was very nice and had no issues making out subs that we asked for.
I know, Subway is Subway, but...customer service was excellent here and subs were made to perfection with very fresh veggies.
They Don't use roast beef for subway club lol they use bacon
Service is spotty. The female that works in there is one of the rudest people ever. The men are prompt and nice. I don't suggest this subway and only stop here on last resort for something on my way home if hungry and coming that way otherwise just go to canton ctr and mich ave. There will be a longer wait because more people go to this location but you will receive way better service. TRUST ME
