I gave to 2 stars cause the girl at the counter said I had to wait for her online order to be complete, However the online people were not there to pick it up so she refused to make my order, when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me! I asked for a manager or someone else working and she said there was not anyone then all of a sudden a person appears from the back and was willing to help me her name was Elizabeth and she was very friendly.
Not a great experience. Slow and incorrect2 workers there and i was the only customer, still it took over 12 minutes to get my sub.Dude made my sub all wrong and forgot to cut it.They were out of half the veggies which was pretty disappointing.
Don’t ever go to the subway. The slowest and then they say u give them attitude like we waited in line for 30 mins. It’s like they work is a slow motion life .
Slowest Subway I have ever eaten at! Don't waste your life here!!!! They worked in slow motion. I waited for about 8 minutes for the 6" in front if me, then they skipped me for the person behind me in line. When they finally made my sandwich they only used two pieces of cheese for a FL and two pieces of tomatoes because they "didn't have many left."
No half stars unfortunately but went today lady was super slow took 20 mins for the guy in front of us who only had one sub and a pretzel finally rang him up and got him out was talking and didn’t notice everything was uncovered and dried out and when I seen the fly Emerge from the cheese we walked out like I said if I could give it less stars I would but somebody from the health department should definitely go and take a look
Food was fresh, staff was good too. The only issue is they always one or two ingredients not available everytime.
Absolutely terrible! Placed an online order for delivery. Bank account charged. Hour and 20 minutes goes by and no food delivered. I call multiple times before someone answers. They tell me they never got my order, and deny any charges to my account. I ask for manager/owner information. I'm told they dont have one. Seriously Subway?!?!
Really rude coworker with an attitude skinny kid with glasses can't miss him. Needs to be taught a lesson how to handle customers.
Cannot cut a sub to save there life, not very much veggies to choose from, it like they only prep vegetables that this area normally chooses.
To the owner of this subway...I placed an online order that was suppose to be ready at 1:35. Got there at 1:35. Still waiting at 2:15 for three subs. U should hire more people. Not cool. Would of left if I didn’t already pay for it. And u should of known it’s a holiday weekend and Walmarts would be swamped. HIRE.
