If I could give a negative ⭐ -1 I would. All because one employee in particular was rude and difficult... My boyfriend & I got manicure and pedicure (my technician was good)However the technician for my boyfriend did a horrible job (no scrub no lotion left the wet towel on his legs went and sat down on her phone) so when it was time for his manicure I suggested the lady that did my mani & Pedi service him and she did.When it was time to pay I said we need a discount for his pedicure she didn't clip the cuticles etc you can see the bad job on his feet. (Not asking for free but a discount) the male technician was rude said NO at first then after seeing his feet said let her fix it I said no there is already someone in her chair and we are not waiting ...we'll take a $20 discount He refused and said $15 I said no $20 (we are not paying the entire $35)HE CALLED THE POLICE over a $5 dollar difference.Of course I welcomed the police call if you must. in the end the owner said ok ok $20 discount$110 vs $130HE JUST LOST 2 CUSTOMERS OVER $5
I absolutely enjoyed the ladies I had today in the drive-thru. The most bubbly personality and aim to please. She knew I really wanted a particular kind of lemonade peach tea but was all out. I ask her to help me and she found the perfect solution and made my day. I really come to stores for the personality of happiness and a great drink. These ladies made that possible for me today and I really do appreciate it. It’s so priceless for me.
I want to give Massive Praise to the staff working at Starbucks located on the N.W corner of Lotz Rd and Ford Rd in Canton,MI.I have been going to that Starbucks for over 1 1/2 years since I moved to Westland.I pass 3 other Starbucks every time I go there.I am not a coffee lover or drinker but my mother is.She has 1 type of iced cappuccino she's been getting for more then a couple years.She always gets it made in the exact same way.4 or 5 years back she was going to various Starbucks but unfortunately even though she explained how she liked it the staff at the other Starbucks either kept making wrong or were EXTREMELY RUDE TO HER,(Not a very smart or wise way to be).The staff from the Managers down to the newer employees have "ALWAYS BEEN SO GOOD AND KIND TO HER.They greeted her whenever she went inside to get her drink with a smile and kind words which means tons to her.They take the time to talk with her they always call her by name and make her feel like she's the most important #1 customer in the world.In the past almost 2 years now I've been doing most of her coffee runs.I pull up in front of the store and when I get inside they are already either done or just finishing making her drink.There is 1 particular employee named Rosie who always writes a couple kind words on the cup and asks how my mother is doing.On or near Holidays she'll write either Merry Christmas,Happy Thanksgiving on the cup.on Friday May 6th and Sunday May 8th Rosie wrote Happy Mothers Day Nancy,which meant so much to my mom.Again I don't care if I pass 50 stores heading to that Starbucks I will and would gladly do that.The service the kind words on a cup and the Smile that puts on my mother's face is worth alot more to me then how far I have to drive.Tske my advice,even if you have a Starbucks you like,1 time try out the location at the N.W corner of Lotz Rd & Ford Rd in Canton.I guarantee they'll put a smile on Your face and I bet you too will pass 1 or several Starbucks to go to that one.To the Managers & Staff at Lotz and Ford Rd in Canton,THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart & Soul for being so nice to me,But more importantly for the happiness and the Smile you guys always put on my mother's face.God Bless all of you,Yours Truly,Scott S. It was snowing hard. I'd already spent 30 minutes getting halfway home on a normally 20 trip. There was Starbucks. Only 4 cars at the order stand. I pulled in. The line moved quickly meaning these folks were regulars - knew what they wanted. Within 5 minutes I was on way way with an Ice Carmel Frap. Who cares how long it might take now. Friendly staff to boot!
I usually love stopping at this Starbucks, but I am beyond disappointed in them today. This establishment failed to open when they claimed they did and did not leave a note or a message, nothing! It wasn't until I got to the speaker after waiting behind people for well over 20 minutes that I noticed they weren't even open! A complete waste of my time that could have been avoided by a simple sign!
Always super busy but service is good. The worst part is the drive thru line is always so long and shares a parking lot with other businesses with problems blocking traffic/poor traffic flow.
Great staff they are all very kind, they also make sure that your drink is made as ordered.
I just walked into this Starbucks to place and order and I was told they are only doing mobile orders or drive thru. There wasn’t anyone in the establishment sitting and they were staffed. Not good for Starbucks turning away customers.

Apparently they fill online orders before in store orders.... They told me it would be a 20 min wait for just 1 drink despite the fact that i was the only customer present. They didn't even mention it until they took my order... At least it,was before I paid... Waste of time, just go to Biggby.
