I never have to wait for my order when I place it on the app or online. Great service!
Fast crew. We had a big order and they went through it really fast. Glad to see they can make pour overs too.
I know that this Starbucks can get very busy... But they must be providing great products and customer service because people keep coming back!The employees I've run into have all been friendly and helpful - all of them.Great location (easy left turn onto Ford Rd.) and consistency across the board.
For several months this location has not been taking orders on the inside. Also staff is very rude and nasty. Beware, do not shop at this location. Not worth the liberal nasty attitude of the employees here.
First of all the employees failed to inform those who were standing in line that they were not taking orders from inside that you have to go through drive thru or order on line. I felt that this should have been conveyed upon entering. Also I didn't care for the cappuccino.
Hate the parking lot for this place, the drive thru lane blocks most of the parking spots because of how long the line always is. Other than that, this Starbucks is great. The staff are all awesome. :)
I ordered an online order with 5 drinks for 30 bucks. When I got there I realized I didn’t order one drink. I immediately added it on to my order and let the guy know. Instead of making the drink for me to go with my other ones, he made the other 10 drinks in front of it making me wait almost 20 minutes so the time I left all of my other 5 drinks were cold . Very rude as well. He was rude to another guest whom I was talking to and she was saying how rude he was . His name was Anthony . Never coming back to this location.
Horrible customer service. We waited for half an hour and didn’t get our drink. Also, there was no way to cancel the order so I had to pay for the drink even though I didn’t get it.
Another closed dining room. So must join the line of vehicles blocking the parking lot and out to the road because of what? Laziness? Pandemic as excuse ?Walk in service is for the 5% of us that are not too lazy to get out of our vehicle. Now we must join in the absurd snaking lines of vehicles and 10 min prep drinks just to get a coffee.
We drove yesterday to grab a coffee only 3 cars ahead of us and it took 35 mins to get our coffee.On top of that no taste ,ordered hot coffee was coldWorst startbucks you can ever go to and a suggestion have your gas tank full because you will burn a lot of gas while waiting in line
