Went to hear live music on Saturday and eat the best pizza. The crust is thin and crunchy, the sauce is not out of a can and the homemade sausage is flavor filled.Add free live music and great atmosphere and it added up to a great Saturday night in Canton.Oh and I had a cocktail, a negroni , which was made right with good quality alchohol and of generous portion!
Canton's best kept secret. Location probably helps to hide this place but it is worth knowing about. Unique menu. I've been halfway through the menu and haven't found anything I don't like yet! Great bar inside. Lots of outdoor seating too!.
I’ve ordered from Silvio’s three times now over the last few weeks (two times in person, once as a carry out order). At best, it’s inconsistent. They have potential, but there doesn’t seem to be great oversight on quality control.The first time we went, what we ordered ranged from okay to great (burger).The second visit was great. No issues, a pleasant server, fantastic food (and we got bread!). The burger was fantastic for the second time in a row. The fettuccine Alfredo was so good. Started to think this could be out default go-to place. And then…The third visit had me questioning why we bothered to come back. This was for a carry out order. Tried to order it online, but some of the items wasn’t listed. Called it in instead. It wasn’t ready in the stated time frame (not too big a deal initially). Everything (except the burger) was subpar. I had to reheat the pizza because it was cold and wasn’t sure that it had been throughly cooked. We waited extra to receive cold food.The dessert was thrown in the carry out container covered in plastic wrap for unknown reasons, and was completely frozen (it’s wasn’t a frozen dessert).The restaurant’s components are not yet put together consistently enough to trust that you’ll receive a similar experience each time. It’s disappointing.Update: I spoke with the manger today and had a lovely conversation. She offered insight into contributing factors that led to the most recent experience and was gracious about the feedback I had. She really took the time to listen and assured me that the issues will be addressed.I felt heard and have a much better understanding about what happened that night. I feel confident about returning again to experience the level of quality received the second time we visited.
Beyond amazing, REAL authentic Italian food. Very nice inside, super friendly staff. Ravioli was DEVINE?
Enjoyed my entire experience at Silvio's. Phil helped my friends and I out today, 9 of us. He was very pleasant and attentive. He made great suggestions and the food was delicious as well. Happy hour, 3-6, was nice as well. Selections of beer and wine with appetizers $2.00 off/each. Will hopefully have the opportunity to come back!! Highly recommended.
Every single dish I have tried there has been incredible! The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Also they do all sorts of things like bringing great music here to Canton. I talked to them today and they said they even had a cooking recipe class!
I recently went here for my first visit and it was actually for some Whiskey tasting. Besides the tasting, which was awesome, I stayed after to try out the pizza of course. Absolutely incredible and done the way pizza should be. Chewy dough, big crispy bubbles and perfect amount of toppings/cheese which were both high quality. Going back again this week!
Great experience at Silvio’s, met Silvio and had an intriguing discussion on the hydroponics setup in the front. Overall the food was amazing, get the Ravioli for sure, food reminds me of dishes in Italy. Salads are high and flavorful. Pizza is great and the service is excellent.
I’ve had their delish unique pizza before, but enjoyed their Italian wine ? last night. Such friendly, polite family & employees.
Best waiter service we’ve had in awhile. First visit, very good experience. Phil was great.
