WARNING*** THIS PLACE STEALS MONEY!!!If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would. Aside from the food being delicious the customer service is horrible here. They do not check on you to see if you need anything or if everything’s ok. Me and my bf went the whole dinner without seeing our server only when he brought out our food and for him to give us our check. We had to keep flagging him down for him to refill our drinks and he almost acted like he didn’t see us. We only left an 8% tip because the customer service was bad and we didn’t have the best experience. The following day my bf noticed that he was charge an extra $5 on his card for Shisho. When he called them they told him they charge a mandatory 15% gratuity even though we were not informed verbally or on the receipt. We were very shocked to hear that because even though the customer service was terrible we still planned on coming back. After this incident we will not be returning. If you decided to eat here I would prepare yourself for terrible service and only pay in cash.
Very friendly staff & the food is delicious. Their lamb chops & shish kafta are mouthwatering! They bake the pita bread in house & serve it hot out of the oven! Baba ghanouj & garlic are must-have.
This is the best Middle Eastern food I've had in the Plymouth/Canton area! I order carry out from here on door dash a lot. Everything is always fresh and delicious and on time. Really large portions for a great price. Don't even get me started on the smoothies... AMAZING!!! 10/10 recommend ?
They charged my card more than what was on the receipts. I left a cash tip, so there was absolutely no reason to charge me extra. I don't care if it was just $1.24, it's the audacity for me. Never eating here again.
Fresh pita bread! Enough said...Lol the hummus and chicken appetizer is a delicious way to eat more PITA!Everyone was very friendly during our most recent visit.
We love their smoothies! Food is great too. Only improvement would be for the smoothies to be more "icey". They are very liquidy, but we love them!
I was picking up a party platter of hummus and raw veggies and bread for a friend's birthday party. Everything was ready when they said it would be and the owner helped carry things to my car and it was all delicious.
Terrible customer service They messed up my order And I had to drive back to pick up rest of my ordrr.No customer service recovery and not even apology Be aware check your order before you leave the restaurant I am a long time customer will not return again
We went today to eat ,we had a very terrible experience.The food was without taste ! I order lamb gallaba the rice had no flavor,the lamb was like boiled not fried,no condiments only lots of lemon ? I couldn’t eat . I reordered lamb chops hopping I will eat .The lamb chops so so soggy, I know the have to be cooked on the grill but this was cooked on a pan.No condiments,no taste .I ended taking the food home for my dog .The only good thing was delicious it was the lab chili soup.I complained to the waitress and also to the boss ?the answer I got it was they are very busy .I payed,also live a 15% tips and we go to eat at different restaurant.Worst experience ever !
Is it the best Middle Eastern food in Canton? It might be. The bread is baked in a wood oven in the dining room, it doesn't get any fresher than that. In all the times I've visited, I've never had bad service, or anything less than a stellar meal. No favorites, because it's all good.
