Very good food. I really enjoyed the "Citrus Lime Shrimp". (Isn't "citrus lime" redundant?) It was very good in a bowl (without tortilla).I appreciate that Qdoba has taken a small step toward reducing pollution. They do not provide plastic drinking straws, which are proven to cause environmental problems. They don't offer paper straws, either, which are reasonable substitutes for plastic ones. Instead, their soft drink cup lids have a hole at the top for sipping. It's much like drinking from an aluminum can. Their website doesn't have any press releases about this, but they do mention it on Facebook.
Worst food. After having food from here, hospitalized for 2 days. Chicken was so hard and its not tasting well. It was bitter in taste. We thought of ordering shrimp and its out of stock. Quantity is given good but quality is worst.
We came in near closing time and my husband struck up a conversation with Denzel about how we had already been to a different Qdoba which was missing half of the things we wanted in our bowls. When my husband went to order my favorite salsa he found out they were all out. Denzel went into the back and came out with a brand new one. We would have understood if he hadn’t done this, but the fact that he went out of his way to do this and was so friendly made our night. It’s the little things in life that count. I would definitely recommend going to this Qdoba for great service!
I'm so glad I could go to this Qdoba because I tried to go to another store about 20 minutes north of me, to meet a friend, and unfortunately their whole system was down so they couldn't do online ordering or use credit cards or gift cards and I didn't have enough cash with me so my friend and I went to a different restaurant and then I traveled to the Qdoba closer to my home to pick up carry out for my husband and son.This location was clean and well maintained and well staffed and the staff was funny and friendly. I was able to get exactly what my family wanted and was in and out in no time and they really enjoyed the burritos they got.My son likes a burrito with a couple proteins and some rice and cheese and sour cream and occasionally a little salsa. My husband got nearly everything that was available and his burrito was so over stuffed that he had to eat it with a fork when he got home. That's okay. It was still delicious.For what it's worth, sometimes we go to Qdoba just to get lots of tortilla chips. We think they are fresher and tastier than their competitor down the street.
Great food and service! The line moved quick and the food tasted fresh. There were no drink lids or plastic knives, which was a minor annoyance, but overall a good place for a quick bite
Food tasted great and i felt very welcomed here:Service and food were excellent.After being greated at the door I was met by Tanya who was super friendly and helpful when ordering my food. She explained to me the different options and pointed out some of her favorite items. I got my food and was in and out super quickly, which on a busy day is so wonderful. I would definetly reccomend this location.
Food is not what it use to be. Not as fresh. Veggies wasn't steamed and meat wasn't flavorful. I use love eating here but I need to find me another place. I give it 2 stars because I hoping it gets back fresher and tasty like before.
The lady who cashed us out was so rude to us with a blatant attitude for no reason. I was very pleasant with a smile and used my manors. It was truly uncalled for. I get that people have bad days but for real take the day off or something if you know you're going to be mean to everyone. I wish I got the lady's name, but the receipt just days drawer one.
This place has gotten worse throughout the years. Prices have almost doubled, food amount Is almost half. Online orders are wrong 7/10 times. It's a disaster. 5 years ago would of been 5 stars.
Zae and Dee were absolutely great.. although we came in very close to closing and some things were out they made it seem as though it had just opened . And apologized for what what’s there.!Their attitudes were great and we even shared a few laughs.
