Love the service, and love the food. I come here on a daily basis and would definitely recommend!!
Don't get me wrong I enjoy Panera but over $15! for two "bowls" of soup....and over $8 for a HALF of a sandwich.Sorry Panera but we're breaking up

The food is always fresh and good. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and courtesy. This restaurant has a good variety of soups that are always fresh too. My wife and I enjoy the turkey avocado B.L.T. I have never had to wait long in either lines, inside or outside.
Always out of baguettes. Now there are starting to run out of soup hours before close. Ask for a smoothie but they said the barista left already. I even showed up at 830pm yesterday and the girl says " we are just too busy to take anymore orders" Why keep the lights and signs on if your actually closed? I will go to Ann Arbor from now on they can handle the business out there without daily issues.
Very happy, my food was great. Manager even packed it himself. Very nice guy.
Came there for lunch was in a rush they got me in and out of there much faster than any other panera bread I've been to and the food was good
Panera food has always been a favorite of mine but this cafe, 601875, has been a repeat of disappointments. When ordering to go, more than half of the time the order was not complete. This last time I get half of my Pick-2 order, while the other half has moldy chicken and salad. If there isn't someone checking the food as it leaves this cafe's kitchen, count on that order being incorrect. You somehow always feel shorted when ordering out from here.
Today my experience at this location went very well. Good service, food, and quality from 2nd shift. However I visited this establishment a week ago during the 1st shift and it was zero customer service and the sandwich I received was still cold in the middle. I always ask for my receipt but once the woman handed me my items the windows closed before I could ask. I think all businesses should ask people and not assume we don't want our receipts. I was hungry that morning so I was really upset.
