We ordered multiple pizzas and THREE of them weren’t fully cooked. The dough was RAW and inedible. One was supposed to be dairy-free due to an allergy but was not, causing an ALLERGIC REACTION. When we called to complain, the woman who made the pizzas said “they weren’t raw when I cut them” and said we could get credits for new pizzas. Additionally, we called the order in a day ahead to be picked up at noon the following day but they didn’t start making any of the pizzas until we arrived…at noon. We’ll never be ordering from this location again, it’s a health hazard that they served RAW DOUGH and didn’t pay attention which caused an allergic reaction.
Nice concept, mediocre execution. Hard to get a Margherita pizza if there's no basil. I could forgive that (stuff happens), but staff seemed more concerned about speed than quality, and enough cheese came only after more than one request. More time in the oven would have been better
Took the grandkids. This is perfect as one of them doesn't like cheese on his pizza. I know, lol. Everyone gets what they want! PLENTY of toppings to choose from. The fired thin crust is really nice and there is plenty of beverage options. Quick service!
Went in there today.. my fav mod pizza that I don’t wanna come too ever again. some of the workers are literally leaning over the counter while putting my toppings on my pizza literally breathing all down my pizza.. I’m honestly disgusted.. shouldn’t be working here if u can’t stand up for 6-8 hours! Also my pizza came out cold been sitting there for 10 min atleast.. no one called my name at all. very disappointed with this staff today. They need more training cause today was bs!
In town for son's hockey tournament. Team ordered pizza elsewhere, but my son has allergies. Was able to order a delicious and SAFE pizza (gluten free, dairy free, soy free). Loved that all ingredients are available on the website, made online ordering a breeze (except so many choices made it hard to decide!). Highly recommend for a food allergy friendly pizza option.
This location doesn't really care too much about cleanliness, went in for a vegi pizza and found couple of pieces of meat in the pie. I was concerned in the assembly line because alot of the meats were mixed in with the viegis. If your vegetarian avoid this location
They were out of lemonade and I told them that was all I came for, they were quick to make a batch for me! Wanted to give them 5 stars for that reason but then my pizza was ready 20 minutes after the pick up time. And they didn’t even call it out, just set it on the shelf. Heard them say I was getting something for my wait but I got nothing until I had to do the awkward thing of asking.
Normally very good, but disappointing as of late. Scheduled online pick up order during my lunch break for 5:30 pickup. Arrived and waited an additional 20 minutes. Incredibly disappointed to see the in-store customers take priority over my delayed order, that I then didn’t even get to enjoy because it came so late. Don’t know that I will be back. I recommend updating your wait times to accurately reflect the time it takes, so you don’t have so many people standing around waiting. Or adjust to a messaging system so customers don’t come until the order is actually ready. Food is great, but not worth the wait and lack of service. Only go if it’s non peak hours.
it's great and food was awesome never been there before rush they would put one closer to Flint like the grand Blanc, Fenton, Lapeer area we would go allot. u pick the size of pizza u want and can add whatever toppings you like it was great
I’m always satisfied when I leave this place the pizza is always good and fresh. Never a issue. Workers seem to be happy and ready to work :)
